Family First Dental Care

This is the worst dentist I ever been too. They are such a scam they want to milk your insurance. First day I went I was there for an hour just for a simple X-​ray thinking I was going to get my teeth cleaned they said I need to come back I four weeks because I needed a deep cleaning and some filings. So I came back after four weeks. I asked kindly if I can only get regular cleaning with filings done and don’t want any deep cleaning the guy behind the desk kept insisting to get the deep cleaning done which won’t get done same day I would have to come back because they only have time for 2 filings. I was so upset waiting for 4 wks jus to get a normally cleaning and so I said I want to cancel and the guy behind the desk said fine then cancel .
First off how can you retain customers with such bad customer service. I’m a paying customer and I should be able to say what I want in my treatment plan. He needs Check his attitude and be accomodating to patients. So I guess the dr quiros heard me and agreed to what I wanted which was jus a normal cleaning with one filing. I am never going back there again. By the way the guy behind the desk is the husband. Don’t go here save your time and your money.

Ok, I admit the dentist isn’t my favorite & yeah I probably have an irrational fear of going… But this dentist & her staff were wonderful.
I’m sorry the other reviewer had such a bad experience (& no I’m not related to anyone in office) because our experiences have been VERY GOOD.
Pros:
Clean office, Professional staff. Friendly to chat with before the procedure (definitely calmed my nerves lol)
Very gentle! Dr. Quiroz was great with my fillings. No pain! Carla & Nayeli were also very good about cleaning & X-​rays!
Courteous about accommodations. I totally got the flu right before my appointment & they had no problem rescheduling me TWICE! Jun (spelling?) has always been nice & knowledgable so I was prepared for my first visit insurance information included.
Everything included with our insurance
Locale: fantastic for us!
Cons: none.
I highly recommend them! They’re friendly professional manner makes them my dentist of choice & I’ll be returning to them for as long as we’re here!

The good: They are open later than other dentists. that’s it
The bad:
I came in as a new client. They advised I needed X rays, exam and a bunch of other things I was NOT interested in so informed them I was ONLY interested in getting my teeth cleaned.
Person behind counter said that was fine and scheduled an appointment for me 7 days later and took my medical information and informed me he would give me a cost after consulting my plan.
I get a call from them while at work the day before confirming my appointment. I call back, no one answers so I leave message advising that I’m good to go but still have not received information on how much this will cost… New person calls back later in day to confirm appointment to which I advise «yes I called earlier today but did not receive a price for services.»
** Here is where it gets sketchy**
The guy tells me he is unable to provide me a quote for teeth cleaning until I confirm the appointment tomorrow. Once confirmed, he can then call me tomorrow with a quote. The problem with this is that they have a 48 hour appointment break policy where they will charge me $ 50.00 if I CX a confirmed appt.
So let me get this straight. I went in 7 days ago to schedule a simple tooth cleaning and you advised you would get back to me with a price. You then call the day before and tell me that you’re unable to provide me a quote till I confirm appointment… If I confirm, then the day of my appointment you will provide me a quote…
AND IF I DON’T LIKE THAT QUOTE THEN IM S.O.L FOR $ 50.00 or I can sit there and you can decide how much you’re gonna rape me for? SHADY!
I advised him this sounded sketchy and I was no longer interested in even coming in to which he replied «that’s your choice» then told him I would write about my experience to which he replied «that’s your choice».Well buddy it is my choice and my choice is to tell everyone on Unilocal how you need to shut your cock holster and learn how to treat customers and run a business.
This is NOT a way to run a professional business or treat prospective clients. How anyone is happy with these guys amazes me and lets me know that anyone rating this place more than two stars is related to these people. Please go out of business so someone who knows what they are doing can move in and serve the community and not rape people and the system.

Family First took my Hillbilly grin, and turned into a Tom Cruise Hollywood smile. They always get to the root of the problem here. Customer satisfaction is their crowning achievement. The prices are fair, and don’t take a big bite outta your wallet.
