Cordova Apartments

I would like to preface by stating that everyone who lives here is polite, respectful and for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. My problem is with the management. They basically have abandoned their job. They no longer respond to calls, emergency or otherwise, and there is rarely someone available in the office during office hours. If you call the office number, no answer. If you call the emergency number, no answer. If you go to the office, closed and locked. If you call the management companies HQ, no answer. It seems as though this complex has basically been abandon.
For example: The door hand on our apartment stopped working and my wife had to stand outside for 45 min while I took the door handle apart from the inside just so she could get in our apartment. This was after we called the «emergency» number and left a message.
We’ve had problems with roaches, the gate for the parking lot not working keeping us from taking our kids to school and enormous unfixed potholes in the parking lot. The trash is over flowing every week because they only have two dumpsters for approximately 100 units.
