The bread is top quality but customer service is lacking. I was buying their bread through a wholesaler but due to my weekly volume I was able to sign up for weekly deliveries. Unfortunately, the driver for my route (Tijuana) is horrible and frequently does not show up, leaving my business out of bread. I cannot get answers out of the company and as a result has me looking to source bread from other bakers or just stick to buying direct from wholesaler.

I don’t know what so-​cal driver knows how to drive but let’s not let that reflect on this review… the bread par none the best I’ve ever had. I am not usually not a sourdough fan since it’s hard to find real sourdough, but this place has mastered the art of making awesome San Francisco style sourdough.

Not quite sure about the previous reviewer … I’ve seen these trucks on the road and I’ve never seen them in the fast lane! However … The quality of bread is AMAZING! And the customer service is superb. If I ever run low on bread and don’t have enough time to run to costco or restaurant depot they’re always there (even on their days off!) Steve is amazing and is a pleasure to work with.
