They don’t even say hello when you come in. They need more outgoing and friendly and stylish workers here with a superior customer service. Someone who actually helps the customers and makes them feel happy while shopping. Not ignored by ignorant little girls who have no personality or style that are just standing around doing nothing.

Rude. The girls who are employed here care nothing about customer service– they all seem down right irritated to be bothered by a customer and it is apparent from the moment you step in the door. The negativity was only made worse by the fact that they gossip incessantly to one another while you are being left to beg for the most minimal of help. AVOIDTHISLOCATION– take a trip to UTC where the staff is properly trained, and what should be a fun day out, doesn’t turn completely frustrating!

Worst customer service ever! Dont waste your time I came in and the store was empty, not even an employee by the door to greet you. As I make my way to the back I see 2 employees behind the counter busy having a conversation they turned to look at me and then turnt back and continued with their chatting. I dont like having employees all over me but a simple hello would be nice. I looked around for a couple minutes and not once was I asked if I needed help, so I decided to walk out and drive to Bebe in Fashion Valley where I never have this type of problem. I see people complaining about the same problem years ago, so obviously nothing has been done or will be done. Till then I rather drive a couple more minutes to Horton Plaza or Fashion Valley.

As a regular customer at Bebe I cannot begin to describe the irritation I felt both times I have shopped here. Clearly the girls who work here have no concept of customer service … probably not many other things either. Michelle helped me both times. Apparently she is a manager. I am not sure why, but she is. I walked in and pulled several things to try on. She came up to me and instead of asking if she could take them to my room, warned me that I could only try on seven at a time. I finally went to try the clothes on. I brought out the clothes after I was done and set them on the counter to go back. She seemed upset with me and when i apologized she ignored me. If I ever go back to this store I will have headphones in and a cart to take care of the items myself.

The store is clean each and every time I go however the customer service — a different story. I walked in with workout wear and out of 4 employees I had one employee ask if I wanted her to help start a room for me. Can’t remember her name. She asked if I was looking for a particular item. I stated a shirt to go with this right high waisted skirt. The shirt she pointed out had creases in it and was at midriff length. Sooo does not go with the high waist skirt! You could see all the creases underneath the tight skirt. No fashion sense but at least she was much more helpful than the other 3 employees. I was also checking out the heels and was contemplating purchasing some pumps for a few minutes. If an employee would have asked me if I needed help I would have tried the pumps on and possibly bought them. The three others were just standing near the front door chatting away the entire time. I did not receive any acknowledgment what so ever when I entered nor exited. Yes, they were still near the door chatting when I left! If I would have been helped and shown different items I maybe would have spent much more than the sale item skirt $ 30 and the $ 60 halter top . In another occasion I walked in after work with my suit and LV speedy and was approached in Spanish with«can I take those items from u and start a room?» I was even asked by the same person if I needed help. No other employee approached me at all. But this one did. English is my preferred language and hate when people ASSUME I speak Spanish. I think that’s very rude to make that stereotype because I look of Latin descent. But I definitely did get a SLIGHTLY different experience this time. This store has so much potential if only they could TEACH these ladies how to provide great customer service. If I’m spending a lot of money on even just one item I would expect to minimally get good customer service. I will continue to go to this store only because it’s the closest to my home.

Worst customer service, or should I say none at all. While I don’t particularly like being hounded by sales associates, I don’t like to be ignored either. Not once was I approached or greeted, despite making eye contact with them twice. I had to ask for help… in an empty store! If you like pretentious sales girls who look like they’re from T.J., this is your store. I on the other hand chose to buy the dress at another location. If I’m dropping $ 139 on an article of clothing, the least I can get is a «hi, how are you doing

I’ve shopped at fashion valley bebe for over 10 yrs not a problem. I bought a skinny jean that was on sale which was still very expensive. It didn’t fit correctly when I walked in them so decided to take it back for exchange or return. Didn’t realize I would be treated so rudely. I should of gotten the girls names, but I was with my baby and he was cranky. The people who works here have no personality or skills in customer service. They act like I had no money to shop there. It’s so unpleasant to shop there. They will never get another penny from me again. I spent so much money on bebe clothes in the past. It’s there lost not mine.

Bebe is by far my favorite store to shop at, but I don’t always get superior customer service. I had a great experience my first time at this location, thanks to Adriana. I literally stumbled in on a Saturday morning, in a mad dash to find a top to wear with a pair of pants I had recently purchased. When I showed the pants to Adriana, she immediately pointed out a top. They have a great selection at this store compared to other Bebe’s I frequent. I ended up trying on about 6 things and went with the top she picked out for me. It was very flattering and looked perfect with the pants I had. Thank you Adriana, I will definitely be shopping with you again!

I have to say, me and my best friend always come to this store because its the closest to were we live. It never fails every time we come in I always get a bad taste in my mouth form one of the employees, her name is Susana. I am not sure if she is the manager but she is RUDE as can be. She makes you feel as though you are not good enough to be in that store. When we go to the cash register to pay, I feel she is always bothered by having to help us. I have been a BEBE customer fro many years and usually shop at the BEBE in fashion valley, and I never get this type of treatment there. This Susana employee needs to customer service skills and she needs to learn how to be humble to all customers! Just because someone comes in casual doesn’t mean we cant afford BEBE, don’t judge people you never know who they truly are.
