My experience with your dealership was excellent. I went to this dealer by accident, thinking I needed a break and a stretch on my trip north. In my heart, I felt I would be purchasing my new vehicle from a local dealer in Vegas or in Chico. But Wayne was so accommodating and honest, that when I returned, I decided that the only way I would buy from anyone else would be if they came up with a better price. To make it short, over the next two weeks, everyone at the dealer went above and beyond to provide me with the highest quality service I have ever experienced at ANY dealership. They drove to LA to pick up the car I wanted, and they sent a nice gentleman, Hector, to pick me up at the Merced airport and convey me to the dealership. He was very generous with his time and paid attention to every possible detail that came up. He made sure that I had a variety of refreshments in the vehicle for the rest of my trip. I LOVE THEM !

We had the pleasure of dealing with Wayne and primarily Dave during the recent purchase of our certified used Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Diesel z71 4×4. We actually live in San Diego county and located the truck on line. After speaking with Dave over the phone, we decided to drive up to Chowchilla to take a look at the truck. And we are more than happy that we did.
Dave and Wayne were more than welcoming and comfortable to talk to. Their hospitality, willingness to please, and desire to make sure you find the right vehicle was refreshing. We had been looking for the right truck for months and therefore had visited multiple dealerships. Steve’s Chevrolet was by far, the most comfortable to work with. It felt like we had known them for years. It was more than worth the drive. We had an extremely comfortable transaction and bought a great truck for a great price.
When we came back up the following weekend to pick our truck up, Dave was more than thorough in making sure we knew everything about our new truck especially since we had never owned a diesel truck before. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve’s Chevrolet for your new or certified used vehicle. This is seriously how buying a vehicle should be!

These guys are so friendly. I took my car in for an oil change. They completed that without wasting any time, completed some recall work, and cleaned my car! At the end, they recommended some future service bit I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me something. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

We had to take our 2009 Truck in for a few small things repaired, I had taken it to another Chevrolet dealer and they really screwed things up, I call GM and they said they would repair all the things just take it to blank blank dealership and they would fix it and I said no thank you, so they told me to pick a dealership I wanted so I took it here.
We they told me a few days, the next day they called me and said it was done a day early.
We picked up our Truck and o man good as new.
