Said it closed at 10pm when it really closes at 9. Also my mom got moldy bread they didn’t offer to reimburse her.

When you say you want a light amount of buffalo sauce on your sub that means a delicate hand not squeezing the bottle for fun like a kung foo grip force. How can you wrap a sub and mess it up at the same time, well they found out how. I’ve only been here once, I thought I would try to remember my days at cal poly by eating a sub and well they messed that up. I may come back hopefully they can learn to squeeze a bottle properly.

Friends wanted to eat and decided to eat here and I didn’t want to be a party pooper so I decided to suck it up, I’m glad I did. I was pleased to see they got one of those blue light bug zapping thingys. It doesn’t eliminate the fly problem but they’re trying: which is ok with me. I didn’t want to ask for meatballs this time haha but other than that, everything was okay. Same friendly workers trying their best to make sandwiches.

I Loved this subway, long lunch lines but fast and friendly service. Emily made my sandwich and it was perfect! The employees here are always nice. & store is clean the times I’ve been. There’s a closer subway but I prefer driving here just cause service and food quality is better!

Best subway in town. !! Definitely recommend coming here. The staff is very friendly, and they care about the customers. I want to give Justine and Laura a big thank you on my part for handling my sandwich with lots of love! It was so delicious! !! Thanks ladies I shall see you soon. I love this Subway! The girls are always friendly. I take my nephew there all the time! I’ve never had a problem with them messing up my sandwich, if you’re literally standing there watching them how can they really mess it up? This one is way better than a lot of other locations!

Horrible service. I have been coming here for a month now and this week has been the worst here. Two days in a row they got my order wrong. I’m not coming here anymore it’s just ridiculous. I’m sitting here listening to the employees talk about a customer who was unhappy about the service. Do NOT eat here please.

Had lunch today here with a coworker. I am not a Subway fan to begin with, but if you are eating at Subway I don’t recommend this location. The lines are long around lunch time because there are not many places to eat nearby, and they move extremely slow. We like to joke that this must be the trainee location, because no one seems to know what they are doing here. The employees are not friendly either. I have frequently ordered a salad to go, only to open up my bag back at work and realize that they messed up my order, or did not include a napkin and fork. Overall, I would say skip it!

I purposly signed up to Unilocal to tell you all not to go to this Subway. I’ve been going there are almost 6 months now since its close to my work. And its the worst service, non happy people i’ve ever come across. The girl who helped me today rolled her eyes at me for asking for something, then i had to correct her that i didnt ask for what she was about to put on the sandwich. JUSTDONTGIVETHEMTHETIMEOFDAY!!! THEOWNERNEEDSTOFIGUREHISBUISNESSOUTCAUSEHEJUSTLOST A CONTINUALCUSTOMER!!! I hope that he reads this, and do something about it.

Slow employees that don’t know what they are doing. I asked for Bell pepper and girl gives me 3 strands… really?! I had to ask for more. If thatdidn’t irritate me enough… I always pay with my debit card without ID and this girl wouldn’t budge even when I told her I was a regular. I took my card back, thanked her for wasting a sandwich and walked out.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Subway in general. But this location, wow! EVERY time my husband and I have gone here, we’ve had horrible service by the employees! One time, we literally had 6 people pass us by in line because they were training a new person and it took 15 minutes to make two foot longs. I completely understand that you have to train your employees but you should really think about passing the customer on to someone that can finish up the order a little faster. Just because we came in at the wrong time, we got stuck through the ENTIRE training process for 15 minutes. That’s a horrible wait time for Subway! On top of that, we got no apology or explanation. This last time we went, there were two girls making our food. I ordered a veggie delite footlong but they had no veggies(makes total sense, right?) They were out of spinach, they were out of cilantro and when I asked for these items, they laughed when telling me they were out. It might be funny to them but not to me when I’m trying to order a VEGGIE sandwich. On top of that, I say, oh what a bummer and her response is «Well, we’ll have it all tomorrow.» Yes but ummm I’m here today :) While I’m ordering the rest of my ingredients, the girl keeps forgetting what I’ve asked for and literally asks me over and over and over and over again. SO frustrating. So finally, we order our sandwiches and are ready to pay. We did both get avocados which is a $ 1.50 more so when they ring up the total, it comes out to $ 20.00! My husband and I looked at each other in shock! How could two sandwiches come out to $ 20.00, even with the addition of avocados? We ask her again and she says, «yah, I was thinking that looked a little off. Let me just start over.» So if we hadn’t asked her about it, would she just have let us pay $ 20.00?! So she starts ringing us up again and this time, it comes out to a more reasonable cost. Again, no apology or admission of a mistake on her part. This has got to be a franchise Subway because a corporate Subway would NEVER let the service be like this! I really wish there was another Subway close to us that we could go to instead :(

Don’t have high expectations or you’ll be disappointed. This store has no clue how to process orders that are placed using the new Subway App for iPhone. I have had 3 orders messed up and had to be remade. The staff don’t seem to care about their jobs or the quality of their work. If this is a reflection of the owners of the store they wont be around for long. If the owners of this store just aren’t paying attention to their business then they wont be around for long either.

They open until 10pm which is great for me because I sometimes visit this place for some dinner. I usually get a BLT on italian cheese and herbs bread with added ingredients like banana peppers, jalapenos, mayo, and red onions. This combination is SOOGOOD! I love BLT’s either way so when this was added to their menu I was thrilled: D Anyway, service is good. The staff actually smiles here which I am not used to seeing from Subway employees. Usually, it’s «what can I get you? Blah Blah blah,» monotone shit.

Yum Yum Yum. I love Subway! This location is very clean, has friendly staff and fresh tasting produce. Love the Italian BMT and when I’m on a vegetarian diet I get the veggie delight and it’s soooo good. It’s basically a glorified salad on a sub sandwich and I didn’t think it would be that good but I was wrong.

I am a frequent customer of this Subway; the food is consistantly in good quality, and the staffs are always friendly. The only complaint is that the windows facing west side are really getting too much of the sun light making eat-in customers not very comfortable in the eyes in the late-afternoon/evening. I’d eat-in more than take-outs if some blinds are added to these windows.

My wife and I continue to frequent this particular Subway. I’m not sure if it’s because of the closeness to our house, or the consistency of our order, but each time we go into this Subway, we’re stoked with the food and the service! I appreciate a place that I can rely on for a good, consistent meal. Also, they usually have coupons running so two people can eat for about $ 7!
