First visit today… They immediately offer something to drink. I should have had something warm, it’s very cold inside! Sara was my stylist and did a great job! She listened to what I wanted and truly delivered! I love the feel of the salon. It was very busy but feels very intimate. Sort of a neighborhood place. I loved the energy. I’ll be back… I found a new hair salon! Thank you Sara!

I love this place! I have never left disappointed. I live in the Bay Area, but whenever I’m in town, I always make time to get my hair done here. I highly recommend asking for Sylvia. She definitely knows what she’s doing.

After a dramatic failed «do it yourself» root job which left me with dark brown 3 shades off from the rest of my hair (blond) she was able to match it and completely make it look great! Color expert for sure!!! Thank you so much Tasha!!!

Absolutely love my hair. I have been coming here for a year now and its definitely amazing, I love Janette. I am really picky with my hair and have always left happy. Janette does an awesome job in ensuring my hair color comes out just right. My hair is dark and tends to pull out an orange color with certain dyes, however I have not had this problem with Janette. My hair always comes out an ashy blonde without any residues of yellow or orange. I highly recommend this salon and will continue coming. Ps Janette is the best

I would not recommend this hair salon to anybody. I was referred to this place by a friend. The day of my appointment i walked into the salon and everybody had long faces like they were having a bad day. Nobody greeted me or asked if i had an appointment. Really baad customer service. I had to approach a stylist to let her know i had an appointment. I was very unhappy on how my hair came out it was like the opposite of what i had asked for. Very disappointing. So i requested a full refund. They will check id for refunds but will not ask for id to charge credit cards? It did not make sense. This was my first time here and will be my last.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The place has a great ambiance and energy. Marilia gives the best wash I’ve ever received and awesome haircuts. I’ve had the opportunity to have my cut by a few different girls here and have never been dissapointed. They also have a boutique and do full salon services. I got a facial with extractions and it was great. Truly an awesome experience and I’ll continue going here for years to come

This is a great place to get your hair cut. It has a great family friendly environment. My son and I get our hair cut here and everyone is very professional and friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

I Stumbled upon this place by accident
Got lost one day, and saw the hair salon
And when it was time for me to do my hair I decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness so glad I did– because I met Grace! I am so blessed to have found her. I have long hair & most salons charge an arm and a leg to do my hair. The prices here are fair and I absolutely love love love that she is prompt with her appointments. If I make an appt. at 3:00 she is ready to take me at that time.
The salon itself is also clean and kept up to date.
Aside from the price and place lets talk about her work.
Incredible!!! I’m confident that I’m going to leave looking like a million bucks! I’m talking about the color I want and NO and I repeat NO color band. Ladies you know what this is when you get your roots retouched and someone does a sloppy job.
It is so difficult to find someone to do hair let alone someone who isn’t so far away.

Ask for Jeanette she is awesome she been styling my hair for 3 straight years and my hair has never looked better. I get compliments left and right. She always gives me what I want and the results are always spectacular! I’m a loyal customer!

Came in showing my hair stylist a picture I found on Pinterest not only did she put that picture to shame but she gave my hair the change it needed!!! I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and I have NEVER left unhappy!

I needed my hair colored and cut last minute and I Googled salons in Chino. I read the Unilocal reviews on Studio 13 and called to set my appt. (after seeing the great feedback from other clients). The receptionist was very friendly and set my appt. for 2:00 that same day! She told me that I would ask for Katie. When I arrived, Katie met me at the front desk and greeted me with a great smile and by name. She was very sweet and consulted with me about everything that I wanted, not what she wanted. I was in and out of that salon with a great new color, an awesome cut and at a beyond affordable price. I will be back and I will be sending everyone that I can to see Katie!

I made an appointment with KATIE and I am so pleased with my color and cut! Not only does she make the entire experience a great one, she genuinely cares about your hair and does an amazing quality job! :)
I was also immediately drawn to how stylish and cute this salon is! Everything is up to date and very modern! The staff is extremely friendly and very hospitable. I am definitely coming back!

I’ve been looking for a great stylist for 2 years now. (just had a horrible experience at an over priced salon in Chino Hills!)
After a quick & easy appointment booking, I showed up about 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was greeted kindly, & given a perfect cup of coffee. My stylist was a few minutes late, but was worth the wait. It took 3 hours to color, highlight, shampoo, condition, blow dry & style. Everything was relaxing & I was treated GREAT! For the money I spent (less than $ 140 with a discount) I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you, Janette & Studio 13!
