Great experience at this shop. Entire staff is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. I’ve been to many shops and salons but this one treats you with the most respect anyone could ask for. The professionalism and accuracy of hair stylist keeps me coming back. Recommended for everyone. Keep up the good work.

Awesome barbershop, great vibe, barbers interact with the customers, but most importantly they give great cuts. Like any good barbershop, you can expect a wait time, prices are good, 17 $ compared to $ 20+ and above. This is my new barbershop !!

Booked an appointment for 12 o’clock with Sam, apparently it doesn’t mean anything, they triple booked three appointments at 12 o’clock. They asked me to come back in an hour. I’m a busy man, I don’t have time to be running around, that was the reason for booking an appointment. Thanks for wasting my time! Bush league business operation at best. It was my first visit and last.

Best haircut ever!!! Been going all around chino/​Chino hills area to find a great barber for my little bro. This is definitely the place to go. Great customer service and you can tell they really like what they do. Jazmin cut my little brothers hair and it was a super nice cut! Snippz is now what I recommend and will have to try it out for myself soon!

I went in blind off of a recommendation and the first barber to chop me up was Andy. It seems like they are always busy, which is great for them… so I would recommend calling in advance and scheduling an appointment. Andy is my «Go to». I would definitely recommend this place and its down the street from where I live.

Jasmine did Jax’s hair up clean, low fade, lineup and pomp!!! Got there earlier than appointment time, waited 10 minutes to have her finish previous client and he hopped into the chair. Good communication… highly recommended. Good selection on music and the baseball game was on… easy to please here!

Good people and decent cuts. I’ve never made an appointment and have tried every barber there at this point and all give a solid cut.

Jazmin and Rosie are EXCELLENT barbers. They’re both really great and real easy to talk to. Being the guy that can’t decide exactly how I want my hair cut, they knew exactly how to cut it. Everyone else at the shop appear to be great barbers also. You can’t go wrong here. Equal, if not better, than the likes of Bolt Barbers and those other hipster barbershops in LA. Yep, I said it.

This place is dope. Great customer service, chill atmosphere and great haircuts. My hubby and I go in here when we can and he gets his hair cut by Andy and I get my side shaved by him as well. He always makes sure to make us feel welcomed.

Customer service was decent enough. Most have smiles, others are busy with their work. My Barbette asked a question here and there — she was nice.
I received an excellent fade — better than I have received in years.
The ambiance is awesome — old school jams playing throughout the barber shop. Great color scheme, and furniture to match.
The price is great — only $ 17 for a haircut. Get a special, and it’s a few more dollars. Payment is easy with their digital checkout. Press a button to tip, and you’re on your way.
They didn’t try to sell me on any products. That’s always a plus for me!
I had an appointment, was 5 minutes early, but still had to wait about 20 minutes. Only reason for the lacking star. :)

I was sitting in my car a couple months back waiting for my fiancé to finish her nail appointment next-​door so I looked this place up on Unilocal and saw that it looked really good so I walked in and got a haircut exactly the way I wanted. I’ve been a customer every since and I’m very happy. They give good haircuts and their customer service is fantastic.

I was in a pinch for a family photo and my usual barber wasn’t available, so I Unilocal on my way home driving through Carbon Canyon.
This is your best rated barber shop in the area and the prices aren’t too bad. All the photos of cuts look great, but it looks like all the barbers are… ladies.
I was wary, but the pictures spoke for themselves, so let’s give it a try.
I arrived around 4pm on a Tuesday, just before they got a rush of customers, so I only waited about 5 minutes. They had three ladies working at the time.
Customer service was pretty great, the ladies were personable and loquacious.
I did not catch my barber’s name, but it wasn’t the owner. She was working next to us.
When it comes to the goods, I got a very nice cut. I have very thick, coarse hair with a loose curl, so it’s never an easy cut for me. My barber did well taking care of it, however (and this is why they don’t get 5 stars) I asked for a medium drop fade. My barber did just about as well as anyone ever has on me with the skin fade, but she went just about as high as you could with it. It was pretty clean, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for.
I’ll probably be back.

My son is 2 years old and he usually goes to the little kids barber shop with all the trains and airplanes as chairs and all that crap. Well that place was busy and I figured if I am going to be a good father, I need to take my kid to a real barbershop. I am glad that I took him to Snippz.
The shop itself is intimate and once you walk in you are greeted with smiles. Rosie was the one that would be cutting my son’s hair. I was nervous at first and was hoping my son would not be screaming his head off crying but Rosie did a good job of comforting him and was really friendly.
The haircut itself was super fresh. I know for a fact that my son now has the sickest fade in daycare. He is going to get so many numbers on the playground. I am going to have to drop him off to all these play dates now. I usually go to a barbershop closer to my work but I am for sure going here now for a cut.

One last thing, they were playing Goosebumps on the TV. Not the crappy remake from last year, they were playing late 90s Nickelodeon Goosebumps. That deserves a 5 star rating no matter what.

I“m a Barber myself and I follow this shop on instagram. However, I had never visited this shop before today and I am in no way connected to them. As a matter of fact, I consider them competition, because I have a Barber business in a neighboring city.
The shop is really nice and set up very well (kudos to Rosie the owner). When I walked in everyone welcomed me to the shop which was a very nice touch. I made an appointment online prior to going in but a glitch in their system failed to alert the Barber I was supposed to see. No problem, technology is like that sometimes and I can honestly say it has happened in my business as well. Anyway, JASMINE was not busy and welcomed me to her chair. She was very attentive while she listened to how I wanted my hair and provided an interactive consultation to make sure we were on the same page. Jasmine did a great job with my haircut. She combined great clipper work with skilled shear work (which is rare these days) and produced exactly what I wanted. She pays attention to the small details of a haircut and cleaned it up with a nice neck shave. If I was hiring Barbers, I would want her on my team.
I would Highly recommend her as a Barber.
Note: The test of a great haircut really comes when you return home and style your hair yourself. Again; JASMINE nailed it. My hair was perfect!

**SNIPPZ IS KILLIN THE GAME**

If you walk in to your barber shop without an appointment and you go straight to a chair to get cut. It’s time to look for a new shop. If you don’t get what I mean, then it’s you.
Waiting at a barber shop is a good sign specially if your shop is SNIPPZ. Why? Well pretty simple 6 chairs a barber at each chair with a client in the chairs and a waiting area meant for waiting. That means your barber shop is a GREAT SHOP it’s one of if not the best shop in San Bernardino County.
SNIPPZ has great customer service you walk in and you feel welcomed your greeted if your a regular by name if not with a friendly smile regardless how packed it is. The owner Rosie always makes it a point to thank you for coming in regardless if you sat in her chair or not. This place is modern, stylish, music playing, flat screens (ESPN), FREE WIFI, come on who cares about waiting.
My barberette is Jazmin. She kicks ass! She listens to what you want and remembers how your last cut was. Not only that but she remembers your kids names how they get there cuts and remembers what we chatted about the last time I was there. Keeps the scissors and blades moving and gets me out in 25 – 30 mins with a great looking cut 45 mins if I do my beard. Can’t get any better or faster then that with a clean cut.
Your a fool if your going somewhere else. I’ve yet to here a complain or upset customers due to a wait time. You ask how long the wait is they reply you sign up and sit down. Before you know it your in a barber chair. These girls are great at what they do and have a sense of urgency without messing up your hair.

Been to Snippz twice now. Originally just a trial run to see if I no longer had to drive 30 min to get a great cut. Well I went again today and received the same great customer service and quality cut I received the first time. Rosie is great and got me to come back a few weeks later for another visit. While sitting in the chair you will be amazed at the attention to detail all these girls have. I think I found my new spot and hope to continue to be amazed at the quality and customer service so many big chains are lacking. Thank you Snippz.
Update: Another visit, another great cut. I sat with Lorena this visit. I explained what I wanted and she delivered. She joked she could cut my hair with her eyes closed and after seeing how detailed she was I have no doubts. They constantly raise the bar at Snippz. If you’re skeptical they will make believers of you. Thanks Ladies.

I got my haircut for the first time yesterday. I usually go in with my boyfriend for his cuts, but I wanted something new for me.
Irma gave me a longer a-​like bob and I LOVE it! With me, I always get the same boring haircut: layers, but I told her that she could do whatever she wanted. Through the whole process, she explained to me what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated.
She washed, conditioned, cut, dried, & styled my hair, even when I just wanted a wash and cut. And this was all for the same price. She really took her time and made sure every detail was just right. When she finished with the cut, she showed me front and back of it to make sure I was happy. She really exceeded my expectations and every time I’m there, I always feel welcomed and at home.
Not only is Snippz great at men’s haircuts, but I was extremely happy with my haircut. They truly know their craft and I trust them 100% with my hair. If I were to get this somewhere else, I would be charged $ 75+. Irma gave me a new boost and love for my hair that I otherwise would neglect and throw up in a bun. Chopping off 6 inches has never been so easy, awesome, and incredibly affordable! I have never felt so pampered! I am so obsessed with my haircut and this shop is my new go-​to for haircuts, coloring, everything. My next appointment will be for a balayage & I can’t wait!
