Rite-Way Marble & Tile

So here’s my story…
We had a leak at home and the plumber who came recommended a contractor. This contractor told us that they could install tiles (we previously had laminate flooring). So we bought the tiles, and trusted them when they said that they would be done with our floors in a week.
Long story short, 3 weeks passed and we didn’t have our floors. The contractors had told us that they couldn’t install the tiles because our floor (cement) is uneven, and made it sound like no one could possibly install the tiles and that we would have to spend thousands of dollars just to even out the slab.
I immediately went on Unilocal and searched for tile installers with good reviews. I found 5. I called all 5 and had them come in and asked for their estimates. Bert was one of them. Of all 5, he is the most professional. He came in, showed me his portfolio, and told me how he was going to go about installing the tiles if he was given the job. I told him about our previous contractor and he understood where I was coming from. He told me not to trust his words alone and even encouraged me to visit his friend’s showroom to see his work. Needless to say, of all the contractors who came in, he was the one who put me at ease. As an added bonus, his was the lowest estimate of all 5. I was sold.
Bert came in with Tico, they were fast and very professional. And I have to say this. Tico is the bomb! Both of them did an amazing job on our floors! They delivered as promised, and I highly recommend!
