Mission Event Planners

My parents recently hosted a party at this venue for over 100 people, which was very well decorated and looked beautiful. We worked with Elia Fregoso, who appears to be main head of Mission Events at this Venue. However, she is definitely not professional. We worked with her on setting everything for our event but it was never documented on the contract she provide, so everything she verbally stated was not provided at the time of event. Such as soda and coffee for guests, none of the guests were even offered Soda or coffee throughout the whole night and the pastries were very minimal. She would say things and not deliver what she said she would include. We experience awful service from her and very unprofessional.
She definitely convinced us that it would be wonderful service and the party was going to be great because she was going to provide us with the best things to make it a great party, however, she under delivered. Which is definitely not something to do because that can ruin future business. In addition, she would set up times to meet with us and no be present when we would show up, changing the day and time constantly and not organized at all. As a customer, it made me feel very concerned that something would go wrong. But we went with it because we had already paid most of the money and we would not be getting our deposit of $ 1000 back if we decided to not continue with the party at the venue. So we gave it shot.
I do not recommend this place unless you have no other viable options to host a party. Or you are working with someone other than Elia Fregoso. It was definitely not pleasant. The last thing you want to be worrying at a party is the service, and if your guests are being taken care of. After paying so much money for the venue and because of the contract you expect that everything will be handled. Really look into this place before signing any contract and make sure everything is written down because she will say things and then change her mind later.

Attended a Valentine’s Day event for dinner and dancing. It was nicely decorated and the food was good. Great place for special events!

I attended a wedding last Saturday. when I walked in the hall the place looked like I was in a Beverly Hills hall. The tables were set up with white and cooper tablecloths.
Tall center pieces with fresh flower bouquets. The reception was for about 300.
Dinner was excellent! They served chicken rolls with ham and cheese with a creamy pasta and salad. people and it was great. The waiters were attentive and provided great service.
Whenever I need a hall for any event I will call this place first. I really liked it.
