I just went to this place because is the closest to me but boy was I disappointed I passed through the drive thru and the girl tacking my order was so rude I asked her what was the diffrence between the original and the crispy and she answered me really rudely then I got to the window and asked her for utensils and hot sauce and she literally rolled her eyes at me and ignored me and walked away I had already paid for my $ 21.06 family meal and I was so upset at her attitude I had to ask another employee to come to call the manager because the girl never came back I told her what happened and asked for my money back it was just so upsetting that I had to go out of my way to get dinner for my family from a further kfc if I could give it zero stars I would

First of all, the employee that took our order was rude and not focused. She was working the register and then going and getting our food, while other employees stood around and did nothing. Secondly, it had to be 85 degrees inside and we asked politely to the manager if he could adjust the a/c, since it was 105 degrees today, and he just smiled and did nothing. Bathrooms were not clean either.

Trust the reviews here. This location is probably the worst in the area. Rude employees and they are always out of everything. It’s always amazed me that they have not attempted to improve this location. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. The place is awful.

I decided to stop in to their drive-thru and order myself the famous bowl. I was not disappointed. Their bowls have always been delicious to me, and next to their boneless chicken, it is the best thing in their menu. I would always recommend KFC if anyone felt like eating chicken.

Don’t go there the last half hour they are open. This is my third time going there around 9:30pm and they are out of chicken strips or other choices I have chosen to substitute. They try to switch you to something they haven’t ran out of. I just parked to find another place to eat and two other cars went through the drive-thru and left like me. Guess they don’t need the business that bad. The crazy thing is the employee straight up told me they wouldn’t make the chicken strips for me because they close soon. Uhm… So much for being open and having customer service!

I stopped in last week and got a 3 piece chicken strip meal in the drive thru. Drive thru moved realty slow and took about 5 minutes longer than it should of. Worst of all, the food was horrible! The chicken strips were a joke! All 3 strips barely made one. I really don’t know how someone could pack that and call that a meal, I opened the box and laughed. Got mashed potatoes and those seemed old too. Big disappointment, worst KFC ever.

I was very disappointed in this KFC location. The cashier(also the manager) was very nice but she had messed up my order as well as the order from the customer before me. The restroom was dirty, there were piss all over the floor. Overall, I would not recommend this KFC location to my friends.

I came here with a coupon, not knowing that it was expired. Now, I would be cool with everything, but I did not like the customer service I received. Okay, I understand that you cannot accept the expired coupon, but the way Venancio talked to me, showed me that he needs to work on his customer service skills. First he asked me if I wanted original or extra crispy. I said original and the he said I do not have any more. So, I’m thinking that he doesn’t have any more original recipe? No, he cannot accept my coupon. Okay, that’s fine, but couldn’t he have said, «Oh, I’m sorry, but it looked like this coupon has expired. I do have another offer…» NOPE! and he also had 2 associates looking over his shoulder talking in Spanish and giving me looks like I’m going to have a hissy fit. 2 star for the chicken, everything else needs to be worked on.

Chicken pot pie for $ 4. the crust is is crisp and flaky, there’s big chunks of chicken, potatoes, peas, and carrots all up in this, way better than the microwavable crap pot pies yo. fast and friendly drive thru, the to go cups are good too with the 3 piece hot wings and fries for $ 2.50. still comfort stoner muchies food.

First time I went there some time ago everything was really good. The next time I went, right before Christmas 2012, I got several orders of the Bites chicken and they were terrible, hard as rocks. We had to toss them. Today I ordered the new boneless chicken meal. I really couldn’t tell you how it was because my chicken was not boneless. They gave me the regular meal with bones. I have to say it really tasted good. The chicken was really fresh, just not boneless. The sides and biscuit was equally good, hot and fresh. It just wasn’t what I wanted. Perhaps there was a miscommunication because the drive through speaker was terrible. I couldn’t understand the person taking my order. I assumed he heard me correctly but really he didn’t. When he handed it to me he repeated my order, the Monday special. I thought I understood that to be boneless. I was wrong I guess. PLEASE, KFC in Canyon Crest, get you speaker fixed. This is not a new problem. Please fix it! It’s awful! I would like to get the correct order next time without having to park and come in. Thank You in advance.
