hundreds of people came to a celebration. Dickey’s was told how many, and we were assured they would give us a deal. We ran out of sides, and if we did not portion out, we would have ran out after 75 people. How much does beans and mac & cheese cost? There was enough meat for 100 maybe. I know this store will not be asked to do our Christmas party. Thank you. The meat taste very good, to bad others did not get to taste it. I hope you’ll do better for other organizations.

The husband and I been here twice before today and it was pretty good. But today the brisket sandwich seemed so dry. Had to add lots of sauce. Will still go back again … With hopes of a better experience . The ice tea is perfect and Love that they let us have free soft serve ice cream cones(self serve)

I’ve been to other Dickey’s restaurants and this one is my favorite, the good customer service really stands out. I like to order the Westerner and add the spicy bbq sauce. The free ice cream is nice too.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The food is great and the service is even better!!! We come here almost once a week and Chris(the cashier) has always been so nice to us and even remembers our order! We even met the owners of the store and they were amazingly nice. My boyfriend always gets the westerner and I get the two meat plate and the food comes out quickly and it’s hot and fresh! The free ice cream is a plus! By far one of our favorite places to eat! We love Dickies!

I like Dickey’s better than I do Lucille’s in Rancho. And they’re much more reasonable!

My first visit to Dickey’s ever will unfortunately be my last. :( The only good thing that came out of this visit was that I learned I do not like Okra! I ordered the 3 meat plate with 2 sides and bread. After they took my money and handed me the tray of food, I just stood there in disbelief, I swear, I thought the guy was going to say that he was just kidding and then hand me my real tray, but he didn’t. The meat portion although good could not fill nor satisfy your average 6 year child. The bread was about as thick and half the length of my metro PCS cell phone. The potato salad was about the best thing I ate but I just wish they gave me more. I did not care much for their Bar BQ Sauce. They charged me $ 2.25 plus tax for a fountain drink that was the size of the free cups for water that you get at your local Buffet. After you finish your snack on a tray, you get a free ice cream cone. The ice cream taste more like a Vanilla slushy than ice cream. Imagine All That For Only $ 18.09

Being a traveling musician(and a foodie), I am fortunate to be able to travel these great states, and Ive tried lots of great(and unfortunately sometimes not so great food) I am a HUGEBBQ fan and even though Dickies IS a franchise, I’ve learned that some of the owners deviate from the recipes a bit and create their own magic. This is one of them… Dickies is REALFOOD not typical fast food by any means… Sides like Green Beans and Real Mashed taters!!! And this is AMAZING Chopped brisket for a franchise eatery or almost any other So. Cali. BBQ!!! If you want to try a great Dickies Bbq avoid Boumont or the Valley location and trek over to Chino or Redondo Beach for some amazing beef brisket!!! Plus this is the 1st Dickies franchised in California! If you are traveling along the 60 fwy do yourself a favor and exit Central and head north a couple blocks for a real treat!!!

It’s a good Texas bbq joint, it’s not Rudy’s. But I’ll take it, cause it’s the closest thing to Texas bbq. The service was fast and the employees were nice and quick to attend you with my order. The BBQ Sandwich was tasty and satisfying. The price was not too bad. I’ve paid more for a burger and it was horrible. lol but 2.50 for the waffle fries? You get less then a hand full and didn’t taste like it had any seasoning or salt. On top of that they were under cooked too… I’ll skip on the undercooked, no seasoning and small amount I the overpriced fries next visit.

It’s ok. It’s not Pappy’s in St. Louis, it’s not Blauso’s in south LA, and it’s not even the chain we all know Lucille’s. Nonetheless it is ok. The menu is easy read, the sweet ice tea is pretty good, and brisket is decent. Can’t exactly put my finger on it yet, but something about this place bothers me. Anyhow if your in the mood for sub par bbq at a reasonable price stop by.

The service here is awesome. The food needs some work. It’s basically the price of a nicer sit down restaurant for the quality of a fast food restaurant and small quantity. Nothing makes the price worth it. You’re better off going to somewhere like Lucile’s with similar pricing but better quality and more quantity. The sides were comparable to stouffers. The bbq is nothing special. On the bright side they have free icecream.

Disappointing. Had hope but not much. I don’t know what I was expecting. Quality is that of a fast food restaurant. Ordered the 3 meat plate to get a little taste of each meat. Ordered the sausage, brisket, and pork ribs. Sausage(Polish) — One of the works polish sausages I’ve had. I dont know if I’d call that a «sausage». It was not warm. Brisket — Not that bad but It was like those cheap meat cuts you get at hometown buffet. Pork ribs — Dry and overpowered by the brown sugar taste. Glad they had sauce on the side. The sides were okay. Good quantity on the side but not the meat.

I’ve been to 7 different Dickey’s and this one’s the best. Best customer service. Best food quality and consistency. Best overall cleanliness. I would highly recommend the beef brisket here. I also love their giant bakers! All of the sides are good too.

The BBQ is ok but the spicy sauce and non spicy sauce work well and the price is reasonable but the best part about this place is the free ice cream! They have cones or cups and their only flavor is vanilla. A cool thing you could do is use your soda cup to make a soda float.

So many barbeques, so little time, how can I choose and how can I lose! First time trying Dickey’s and based on the recommendations of the family that it reigns supreme in the Inland Empire, we had to try it. I believe barbeque is best served hot off the grill after resting for a few minutes. But, having it sit until dinner may not be its best representation. However, the chopped brisket and pulled pork was tasty, but it was the sauce that made the dish! The spicy sauce was a burst on the taste buds and packed a nice wallop. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes was my favorite over mac n’ cheese. Our dishes came with sides, but the portions were tiny so in comparison to Lucille’s, Blue Fire Grill and Joey’s, the prices were comparable and far less expensive than Lucille’s. Overall, taste and flavors were good and service was friendly.

I was about to eat at Carls jr, but noticed this place and thought I would give it a try. I then remembered this was the location that I was told about by the owners son. I once helped him when his car left him stranded on the side of the road. Very nice guy. And today was no different. Nice employees, one of them I was guessing was one of the owners, she was very nice too. Food was great ! I will return with my kids. Only one thing was off, I ordered a medium drink, and received a tiny cup, I wasn’t even sure it was my drink cup. I read the instructions on the cup and looked at my receipt, it said«child drink». By the time I finished eating, I was thirsty, so I decided to get a sip of soda in my tiny cup(I felt silly, haha). I then left, but besides this cup mystery, I will be back because that good food and the nice employees.

This place was just an absolute let down. For some reason it smelled better than it tasted. I ordered a small meal that had ribs but they tasted dry and even the sauce couldn’t help it. The fries were OK but you don’t go to a bbq place for french fries. I just wasn’t Impressed by a supposed bbq chain and I won’t be going back.

I ordered a one meat plate with sliced beef brisket and for my sides I got a side salad and a baked potato casserole. It was $ 12 and change for the plate and a large drink. In a picture on the menu the plates also came with pickles and onions on the side, I asked them to hold said pickles and onions. When first looking at my order because I was shown my food before having it bagging(a touch I liked quite a bit) I saw that my food consisted of my brisket topped with a light amount of barbecue sauce(and the onions and pickles I had asked to not be added), a scoop of mashed potatoes topped with cheddar cheese and green onions, a small square dinner roll, and a very small Caesar salad. What I liked? The brisket was tender, albeit slightly bland. The potato casserole which was basically loaded mashed potatoes. The side salad, which although it was tiny by my standards, was fairly delicious. Although the meal looked rather skimpy at first it turned out to be rather filling. What I did not like? The presentation of the Togo food was terrible, the food resembled that of a frozen TV dinner. Also to my disdain upon first inspection of my food I noticed right atop my brisket was the pickles and onions I had asked to be held. The barbecue sauce was also not on par with what I had been expecting, it was far to sweet and upon adding even the slightest amount to the brisket it completely overpowered the already slightly bland taste of the brisket. The salad was too small by my standards. Improvements? Make the presentation of the Togo plates look less like a frozen TV dinner. Larger salad portions. Put more care into the preparation of the food. Listen to the customers requests. Fix the ice cream machine. Will I eat here again? I may return but it will be for a dine in experience rather than the take out. Conclusion? This placed seemed like the dine in version of Arby’s, expensive(for the size and content) and not all that great. I feel like I spent $ 12 on a «fancy» TV dinner that really wasn’t even all that fancy.
