Chino’s One Stop Hair Salon

I went for the first time with high expectations for Lorie today. I ended up leaving with a color I didn’t want and a $ 100 bill. Lorie was very kind and super personable, but when I asked for a medium to dark gray, I left with dark chocolate brown hair. I made sure to emphasize how badly I wanted the gray, and I even pointed to the color on her board that I wanted. She told me halfway through that she chose a darker shade than we agreed on. I figured that she’s the professional and it would at least be a little gray, but my hair looks like a Hershey’s Kiss. It’s objectively a very nice brown, which is why I gave three stars, but it’s just not what I wanted. On top of all this, she was about 20 minutes late to my appointment (and I was the first of the day!) so I don’t see myself returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Lorie for 5+ years! She always takes her time on my hair making sure that I am completely satisfied with it before I leave. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I would drive 40+ mins to get a haircut from her! Very friendly and does a great job. I haven’t gotten any hair color or any service other than a haircut, but I do plan to in the future!

I felt very welcomed the moment I walked through the door. The hairstylist is super friendly and most importantly has the experience. Prices are really reasonable, cheaper than any other salon in its proximity. I left really happy with my haircut. My family and I will be coming here from now on.

Lorie is amazing! Not only did she help me decide what cut would be best suited for my hair but she gave me wonderful tips on maintenance and style. The cut she gave me was exactly what I imagined when she described what she was going to do.
I will definitely be coming back.

This place is amazing! I have been getting my hair done by Lorie for many years now. She’s extremely talented and a perfectionist! She takes her time cutting my hair until it is perfect!
