i have been here about three times it was good the first time but the rest of the times i was there i got the Hawaiian shaved ice, which usually has ice cream in the middle, both times it didnt have the ice cream in it i was pretty disappointed, it smelled a little weird in there but aside from those things i like it, the little penguin is super cute also

This place is very good place if you want some boba. I ordered a boba milk tea hot and the staff was just super friendly. They play pretty good music also. The manager Alexa was very helpful and always seems to be on top of things! Their strawberry banana slush is also on point. It goes hard in the paint! Make sure if you’re ever at the shoppes to check this place out!

Decent place to grab tea if you’re in the area. Came here after dining at Kickin Crab and I wanted a refreshing drink. I ordered the Lychee Green Tea & the Passionfruit Black tea. I wanted Aloe Vera but they sadly had ran out that night, but no biggie. it happens. My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed our drinks. I was worried that our drinks would be too sweet but it was actually perfect! My boyfriend claimed it was one of the best Passionfruit black tea he’s ever had. Pricing is decent. For both drinks regular sized it came out to be $ 6.50.
They also sell shaved ice as well. There is a couple of tables inside but not much. They should consider filling the open space with a few more tables for the customers.

This is the best boba shop in town. I come to this ship at least once a week and am never disappointed. The jasmine green milk tea and honeydew milk tea are second to none and you guys should definitely try them at least once. The owners are also very friendly and are customer oriented.

I like to come here on lunch:) they have a tasty menu with a wide variety of flavors. I love Their taro milk tea… And I absolutely love the coconut milk tea with boba. Their service is fast and helpful. They even have a reward program with five stars.

Came here a few weeks ago over the holiday with my fiancé. It was a bit busy. There were 2 people working, 1 was Alexa. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of items on the menu and helped us pick something new (and great tasting). It was my first time here. My fiancé and I will be back! Good team –reflects the management.

Drinks are really inconsistent. Just depends who makes them. The first time I had it, it was super sweet. The second time, I asked for half sugar and it was good. The third time, I asked for half sugar and the drinks had no taste. The boba is decent. Tried the shave ice and it was okay. Now that I’ve run out of the groupon, I’m not coming back considering the price, quality, and inconsistency.

This place is perfect for boba, Hawaiian ice, or snow ice. I like that they offer a rewards card. I’ve been here twice and the service is always fast. The shaved ice is perfect to get refreshed on a hot summer day. Overall satisfied.

After trying so many different boba’ s in the past month, i’ve gotten a little picky. Their blend is a little too runny for me & too sweet. The boba is softer too. Sort of mushy, not as chewy as I like.
Would I come back here, definitely not because I threw the entire drink away in the trash. :(

Hanging out at The Shopps and enjoying the summer music. My 4 year old spies this shop and wants shaved ice. My husband is always looking for a place that serves the soft Hawaiian shaved ice. We lucked out. We ordered the Hula Hula combo which had three flavors, red bean, and condensed milk. It was very good. Just the right amount of sweetness. It wasn’t over the top.
Icy licious was good but doesn’t compare to the Maui Hawaiian shaved ice truck as far as variety and toppings on their combo orders.
My 4 year old ordered a regular shaved ice and was able to choose up to 3 flavors. Needless to say, he was very happy with his order.
The problem with this shop is that the dinning area is not well maintaianed. The floor and tables were sticky and dirty. When you can see the dirt marks on the white tile, it’s just not appetizing.

Delicious! This place hooked it up with the shaved ice. I tried the Hawaiian classic combo $ 4.50 for a large. I had them make it a small. First they put ice on the bottom of the cup then a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then top it off with more ice and add melon, orange cream and strawberry ‚(I think). I ate every bite and wished I had ordered the large instead. Stop by when you are at the Shoppes at Chino Hills. Perfect on a nice summer day.

Nice treat on a hot day. Price is decent. Ordered the watermelon, Pog and mango. The ice is not as fine as I prefer and the center of the shaved ice did not have the juice but it was still refreshing.

The boba is very chewy and sweet !
The service is extremely good because one time I ordered a jasmine milk tea and it was bitter the barista noticed it and took my drink back and made it again even though I was half way done !!!
I recommend this place highly !

Good shaved ice. Good selection of flavors. I don’t recommend getting gummy bears as a topping. They are hard to chew. I had the tropical flavors. Banana pineapple and blue Hawaii with condensed milk and popping boba. The large is a good size for the price. The small would of probably been enough. Watch out for the brain freeze.

My daughter seems to enjoy her boba milk tea every time we’ve come in. They have a large but not «lollicup overwhelming» selection of drinks and shaved ice. I appreciate that they offer mini boba and pudding.
I’ve certainly had better milk tea elsewhere but this isn’t bad considering the convenience. 3.5 stars.
