Beyond words awful. This is the monsanto of lawn care. Our lawn has long term damage they even admitted messing up on our treatments. Then you call and make a stink, they put you on hold then hang up. They say they will call and never do, it takes a few tries. Our weeds have never been worse. I would bet they did ghost services to save time. Their billing is poor too. They don’t keep good records and try to use semantics to avoid accountability.
I would sooner torch my lawn then use them again.

Save yourself the trouble… do not call Trugreen Chemlawn. I have not lived in Mass. or used their services for almost 2 years now and they continue to call me each month, trying to sell their services. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove me from their list… but somehow they must be incapable of doing it.
The service was ok when I did use them, but the trouble of getting the calls to stop is definitely not even worth giving them a try.
