It’s a standard subway, the food is good n fresh. The only comment I have is that the employees were not welcoming and seemed like they just wanted to leave.

It seems to be standard that Subway employees are not trained. It surprises me that a chain would not properly train the employees. This subway is not different than others I have frequented. They seem to charge differently every time I go for the same meal. They don’t appear to have any sort of management. I visited the 20th St. location last Sunday with my family, but like I said, bad service seems to be the Subway standard. It is unfortunate because I like the food and when on the run I think it is the best option of all the «fast foods.»

I come in here all the time on my lunch breaks, and although it is just a subway, the staff is always so friendly and greets you with a smile. It’s noticed.

There were three adults and two kids that were part of our lunch order. The sandwich maker, Alejandra, was very polite and did her job. I noted that she would ask what I wanted on a sandwich while she was making one ahead of it. And she didn’t forget what I wanted. She made clean sandwiches that weren’t falling apart. But just so you know, Alejandra, pastrami is beef, not pork.. It was a good lunch, though crowded.

I like this subway, it is clean, usually quick service. Parking is decent and you can usually get a table.
