Anyways…I was looking to transport 2 of my vehicles from Hollywood, California to St. Petersburg, Florida. Got a quote with Jason on the phone for $ 1,650. When I responded with okay I am shopping around and I am getting a total of 3 quotes to compare.
Jason’s comment to this was: «I didn’t know what I was doing… and that I was a retard».
When I replied with «What did you say»? He hung up the phone on me.
When I called back — he would not answer the phone.
So I called again — he would answer it and then— hang up on me.
I kept calling until he responded in which he «changed his voice» acting like he was someone else.
When I asked for the manager I was transferred to Garrett and reported this unprofessional behavior. I neglected to advise Garrett of him changing his voice on the phone and hanging up on me.
Anyways…Garrett claims he will look into the matter.
I have never went through something like this in my entire life.
Do not call them.
