I STRONGLY advise to NEVER use this company. We purchased a house almost one year ago. They miss spelled names and put wrong number on property for taxes and as of today August 28, 2014 they still have not corrected problem. The county is about to put LEAN on our house do to property taxes that were never paid when we purchased our house October 31, 2013. These taxes were paid by us through Fidelity and they never paid. VERY UPSET FOR 10 MONTHS NOW, going on a year.

I would strongly recommend that you not use this title company. Repeated requests for a mutual clients benefit have fallen on deaf ears.
