Nothing but skill and talent! I wanted to get some custom pilsner glasses etched and went out on a limb and went with a small local company. I can honestly tell you it was a good decision and I do not regret it in the least bit. Etched In Time is not one of those corporate engraving companies in the mall run by college kids using a computer and laser etching machine. Joan the owner is a true craftsmen who etches her prices by hand. The design I chose has some rather detailed portions. Joan is a true artist she even vary the depth of the engraving to accent those details put the perfect touch on my glasses. I highly recommended Etched In Time and look forward to doing business with them again.

I was thrilled that Etched in Time was able to cater to my unique request for closing gifts I had selected for my client. I had my item shipped directly to them and they sent me pictures of a proposal the same day. The finished product was stunning and they shipped it directly to my client! Now I have it set up to auto ship as soon as I close a transaction. There was no one in my area in Southern California who would do this custom job, so Etched in Time has my business! They made it so easy even from far away. They helped me with ideas to create a timeless gift that will set me apart from my competition, and will give my clients a lasting, beautiful piece that will keep them coming back to me. I recently had occasion that required a personalized travel mug. To my delight I discovered etched in time. I had an idea in mind I conveyed it to the owner and she ran with it surpassing my expectations. I have a slight reservation considering this is not a retail location however I was impressed with how professional the operation is and how easy it is to locate on Vallombrosa avenue. The owner is a delight to work with, drawing on her many years of experience to achieve perfection. Her prices are more than reasonable. All of my future gifts will be personalized by Etched in Time. And I will not hesitate to refer all my friends and family for their engraving needs to Etched in Time.
