Wow. needed to get a pair of pants dry cleaned at the last minute on Sat.
They dry cleaned them in a few hours. They were advertising 1 hour alterations, so my husband took out some jeans he had in the car and had them hemmed. They were fast, friendly and did a really nice job.

Always cleaned the toughest spots on rugs and were very thorough with clothes we brought in. I appreciate the owners dry sense of humor and honesty. We use them because they are local but would drive across town to get their service.

Just moved in the area and needed to get alterations done to a few suits. I put the suits on and got measured in a matter of seconds. It felt like stood up straight and turned left to take a breath and they said I could change back into my clothes. I looked in the mirror, seemed right. I left and was told to return in four days. Kind of worried because I felt the measurements were too fast and that maybe the alterations would be off. I came back and picked up my things. I decided to take them home to try everything on to see how everything would look, shoes and all. The tailor is a genius, I’ve never been fitted so perfectly. Looked sharp, no discomforts at all.

I brought a very expensive gown in to be cleaned and wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely satisfied! The work was fast and Prefect. The dress had custom bead work on it and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. They were all in place and the few stains came out. It looks great! Thank you. I will be back again.

This place is awful. They’ve lost shirts and are pricier than you would expect. After a few lost shirts, I now use Flair. I highly recommend either Flair or Skypark over this place, depending on which one is closer to you.

Did an okay job with decent customer service for a while, but then lost one of my shirts and didn’t even offer to do the dry cleaning for free when they did, though they did pay for a new shirt.
The owner guy was also rude to me about the whole thing on top of it. Going to go somewhere else.

This business is the worst in Chico. I’ve lived here for over 20 years and have never been treated so badly. They have no idea what customer service is. I took a pair of pants in to be cleaned. They «lost» the pants, and then proceeded to lie to me for 3 weeks about how they would compensate me. It took me going to the store multiple times and I still had to get an answer about my pants on my own. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated like a criminal by Stu the owner, and his wife. All over a pair of pants that just disappeared in his shop. Tell everyone you know to not support this shady and disrespectful «business.»

I have been going here for years for both cleaning and alterations. The owners are very kind, honest people who always go the extra step. I will be leaving the area and will miss the service as well as the personableness. These are the only environmentally green cleaners in Butte county. Do yourself a favor and only go here.

Customer for several years here… BUT now, all through with this place. My wife took a beautiful dress in to be cleaned (just to freshen it up, no stains YET) She picked it up and it had several black streaks on it in various areas. She immediately drove back & asked them to fix it. Upon returning 2 days later… some of the streaks were still very visible. She left it there & asked for it to be redone. She goes back again & it was better, but still visible in a few areas. She decided that she was going to have to live with it, as these clowns were never going to get it right. She will try somewhere else to see if the dress can be saved, BUT we will never return to this place, where they MADE the marks and after 3 attempts could not solve the problem that THEY made.

We were recommended to this place by a wedding designer. I took my daughters prom dress in on a Thursday and was told we could pick it up on Tuesday. At 3:30 on Tuesday we arrived and was told the dress was not ready and would be ready in an hour. We killed time and got there at 5 (store closes at six). Again, the dress was not ready. They acutally had just started to work on it when we got there at 3:30! At 5:45 the dress was still not ready, we couldn’t even put it in the bag due to the cleaning treatments. So we have a «clean» dress and have to put it in a car with out protection, doesn’t make sense! The stains were STILL there! The man didn’t even offer us a discount or any type of apology for this very poor service.
Never again!

Great experience getting our feather bed cleaned. It had been stained for years, so we had just put it away, thinking it was ruined. But they got it all clean and even put it in a nice plastic bag with a handle for us to use. Very good customer service!

So I always go here and they do a great job, they truly do. Also the prices are good, 3 pants and 2 shirts dry cleaned was 22 bones. Lastly why they get 5 is their service. They are a local family owned and operated business who cares about the consumer, one time I called and they were technically closed and they still helped me because they were there. How many places would do that? I will always go here.

I took my insulated draperies here, and they did a really good job on them. I would give them 5 stars, except that their prices were a bit high — I ended up paying about $ 60 per pair of drapes, because of the «per pleat» price. They steam pressed the pleats on my first pair of drapes, which I found to be too stiff — vertical lines like an accordion on my drapes, so then I ran them through the dryer and pressed them myself to get the pleats out. Next round, I asked to skip the steam pressing of the pleats, but to fan fold them (think toy fan that kids make out of paper). They steam pressed them flat, but forgot to fan fold them, so the second round hung a bit awkwardly. Third round they got right — clean, odor free, with just enough fan folding to hang well. They charged me $ 48 for the third round, which I think is appropriate, given that I didn’t get the steam pressing of the pleats. I think the second round should have been less as well for the same reason, but they charged me as much as for the first round. If you have special instructions, make sure they right it down on the ticket, and I suggest you check it in the store and send it back if it’s not done right. Also, ask them to charge less if you decide not to get steam pressed pleats on your drapes (which I recommend), and maybe they will, as they did with my third pair.

Dropped off a nice suit and two shirts here for dry cleaning and was quite impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the flawless job on the pressing/​cleaning.
Was expecting the price to be discussed when I dropped off the items … a little pricier than I anticipated but still fair. Fix that and it’s an easy 5-​stars.

This place is awesome, great prices and great service. I got my sons graduation gown dry cleaned and his cap fitted… And they had great service, friendly associates, and they work in there with no air condition I think they deserve some credit just for that as well! Anyways I will definitely go back and bring all my stuff that needs dry cleaned or hemmed there.

I always take my jeans here to be altered and the tailor never disappoints. Great turn-​around time, the price is that much better.

This is the best dry cleaners in Chico and the best I have ever used. I took an expensive white leather chair pad & they got the stain out. They have also done a lot of alterations for me since I lost weight. The alterations are ready in a few days and they come out perfect. It is the best place in Chico for alterations! Trust me! I am a clothes horse, and this place is the best!

I had a «broken purse strap» emergency and I brought it in on a Friday night after work. They had it mended in a few minutes for a very reasonable price. They were flexible, professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I take all my husband’s dry cleaning here weekly. They have always done a great job and had everything done when they promised. They have also got out some stains that I thought would never come out. The staff is very friendly as well. I definately recommend!

Took an expensive silk party dress here and they got the mystery stain out without fading colors or anything. Definitely reccommend.
