great customer service in an age of email-​only correspondence with a seller. With this business you can actually talk to a person and not a computer. I called them and one of their consultants guided me through the purchasing process. A great experience and they offer top-​of-​the line equipment. super happy with my purchase of counter stools for my home.

I had purchased the Victoria Shampoo Unit which I absolutely loved! A year after installation, one of the faucet hoses busted from the valve resulting in standing water in the shampoo room. (Luckily, I was still at the salon). I then ordered another faucet, and was told the chances of this happening again where slim to none.
This last weekend, our cleaning lady had come into the salon to find our lower level, and new shampoo room to be flooded with standing water! Again, a month after the new faucet was installed, it broke from the fitting!
I called customer service with my issues of the hose, and the damages their product caused. They could only offer me a new faucet if I paid the shipping!!! Do not risk ordering from this company!!!
Very cheaply made products that costs thousands of dollars in damage, and they do not stand behind them!

This was a horrible experience. They sell cheap terrible furniture and claim that is european when it plainly says made in china on the package. very unscrupulous people. run dont walk away from these people
