Customer service was friendly & truly the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. The delivery driver dropped our package off 45 min past the window & left it at the wrong house, 3 doors down. We just happened to see it on their porch when walking the dog. The tracking page notes a way to text & call the driver however her phone was disconnected. Really poor experience with Zipments & hoping to not have to deal with them again.
