This place has AWESOME food! Don’t listen to the other reviews. Seriously, this was some of the best Chinese food I’ve ordered. And the price is reasonable. I ordered this for a group of friends for my birthday and everyone said how great the food was. I am a die-hard Unilocaler but rarely do I post reviews. I crave the curry beef and chicken with black pepper!

The food is just«meh» but the service is what really got me. It was just awful. They completely disregarded my complaint and refused to budge. They forgot part of my order and refused to deliver the missing part. The food was okay, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Booo to the other reviews. This place is AWESOME, just AWESOME! I actually have had the Singapore noodles here and they were delicious.(Unless you want to trust a guy who gives a place a low review but returns to that place to eat anyway…) But let’s talk about something else. Salt and Pepper fish. I will upload photos so you can see them. Fantastic fresh fish right from the tank and into my belly after a trip to the kitchen. I feel bad for Mr Fish but I appreciate the sacrifice he made to make my mouth and stomach feel happy. May a thousand life cycles become as one. ~Old Hindu Saying…

The upside of Xong Xong is that it is cheap and fast. If all you care about is cheap and fast, then you’ll like it just fine. Unfortunately, the food quality is low. My last experience here I ordered Singapore Noodles, which were unimpressive and left me feeling sick afterwards. I will likely not return… unless of course I want something that is cheap and fast.

There used to be only ONE thing that I went into this place for. No more. If you had asked me yesterday, or a week ago, I would have suggested going there for the Crab Rangoon, and the crab rangoon alone. It was delicious! It was cheap! It was HUGE! I ordered it today and I should have just taken them back and asked for a refund. There was nothing in the shell. In a large, triangular«packet» was a half a teaspoon of stuffing. The rangoon were mostly air. I didn’t just pay $ 5 for fried bread. Oh wait. I just did. I should have known better. I one time ordered General Tso’s from Xong Xong and there wasn’t a speck of chicken in it. I wish I were exaggerating. I paid for — once again — fried bread. This place is always empty and this is probably why. I can ALMOST understand charging $.50 extra to pay by credit card. It’s a small family owned place. Their daughter is always there doing homework or watching TV. I WANT to support family run establishments. But unless they decide to no longer cheat their customers(even if they have to raise their prices a bit) I will no longer visit. Which is sad. Because they used to have THEBEST crab rangoon.
