Great food specially the sesame chicken. I had a chance to meet Dr. Evil and had lunch with him. Thanks Wok…

Not good at all, no flavor, bad quality and disgusting in general. I had the seafood combo i had only 2 bites the seafood taste weird, nasty and old to be honest I wasn’t hungry so I only had 2 bites why you add calories to your body if the food is horrible, their fried rice is worst, I had a lot of Chinese food in different restaurants and I love fried rice so they officially got the worst one ever, my friend order extra spicy chicken she eat her plate because she was hungry but I took a bite it was old, not spicy and bad. After all my stomach hurt because of those 3 bites it wasn’t that bad to visit the emergency room thanks god. The cashier was nice so the one star is for her, the prices are not that cheap to face people that horrible food we paid 29 $, and the avocado smoothie is crap

Not bad for the price of the lunch special and the amount of food you get! The lunch special also comes with your choice of soup or an egg roll. The service was fast and friendly!

This is probably the only Chinese restaurant I know of in Chicago unless you go to downtown serving completely freshly made dishes… each order never over cooked always tasty and Crisp. And they do this in record time! The owners are a young couple and they work the restaurant and are incredibly sweet! You will never be disappointed here!!! It’s a very well-known popular place for its reputation.

Remains our tried & true option for Chinese food/delivery in the neighborhood. Prompt, and you can order directly from the Unilocal app. My personal«basic» favorites include the vegetable egg & spring rolls, spare ribs, shrimp toast, and crab rangoon. Entrees are big & delicious. There’s something for everyone, vegetarian(eggplant w/garlic sauce, steamed veggies w/tofu) or not(Singapore Chow Mei Fun, combo lo Mein, Shrimp Fried Rice). Great fruit smoothies too!

After not eating all day and craving some mangolian beef, we decided to try this place out since a friend recommended us to do so. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I expected. Very few places know how to cook GOOD mangolian beef. This wasn’t one of them. By other reviews, I deeply believe they need to focus on this specific item.

This is what almost everyone in the neighborhood is looking for: a decent Chinese-American takeout and delivery place. They’re easy to find, there’s some free parking(not much), it’s in a well-lit area, the place is clean, the service is brisk and friendly, the prices and portions are great. What’s not to like? You will find that this is among the top restaurants of its kind in Chicago. There are MANY others that serve lousy, low quality versions at the same price point, and I am guessing it’s only because their clientele doesn’t know any better, so these other places can continue to exist. Of all the cities I’ve lived in, Chicago has the highest percentage of lousy takeout Chinese. You will thank your lucky stars(and Unilocal, and me) that this is NOT one of the lousy ones. It’s the opposite. They make great meals. The only time I was ever disappointed was with the General Tzo chicken which was mostly inedible cracklins(maybe I could order it with white meat instead). Their similar sesame chicken has never disappointed. The soups are all great. They make smoothies in a variety of fruit flavors. The tastiness and quality of food is comparable to what you’d get at a casual dining Chinese restaurant. Yet you’re getting better prices here because there’s less money wasted since they’re not trying to make a fancier dining experience. I enjoy eating in, but it’s not a date-worthy place. I wouldn’t bring my parents and grandparents for a big family dinner there. But I would definitely order take-out or delivery and have all my relatives over to my house and serve this food. It’s very, very good. Food comes out quickly, sometimes a little too quickly(soup, appetizer and entrée may arrive within 1 – 2 minutes of each other or in mixed-up order). They’re eager! If you’re in the area and looking for quick, hot, delicious Chinese-American food, this is a good choice. If your kids are crying for a hamburger instead, have them walk next door for McDonalds. If your spouse gripes only for a latte, good news, there’s a Starbucks in the same small plaza.

Hands down the best Chinese delivery in the city. Their sweet and spicy chicken wings are amazing they very crispy and saucy. everything always arrives streaming hot and fresh. The orange chicken is also my go to for take out. The delivery is also very quick and affordable. We love this place and everything it has to offer

Decent spot. Very small, dined in. Fast service! Wonton soup was good, chicken & broccoli lunch special included soup or egg roll and fried rice. Good portion and tasted pretty good.

Haven’t had a chance to try the food so I can’t give a full review. Have only been here a handful of times because of the bubble tea. I would recommend and make sure to keep your punch card to make your way to a free one.

I love this place because the owners are super nice and the food is cook at lightning speed. II’s also super cheap– If you’re lucky enough to be available for their weekday lunchtime special here, you can get so much food for $ 5.95. Must try the Sesame Chicken here. Delicious! The place is a tad small though, so big parties might be an issue.

The take-out here was pretty good– I’ll definitely give them a 2nd try. Pepper beef, shrimp & scallops were delish. Shrimp in lobster sauce had no black beans(?) and pork chow mein was just OK. No Cantonese pan-fried noodle option is a bit confusing. Classic chinese restaurant pricing — it’s a deal!

Easy ordering online through Unilocal, quick delivery. To meet the minimum requirement, I knew I’d be ordering two meals which I was ok with because who doesn’t love leftover Chinese food? I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combination which came with a choice of rice(I chose chicken fried rice) and an egg roll. My second meal, Mongolian beef. Sweet and sour chicken was delicious though I was surprised the sauce came on the side for the chicken. Fried rice was decent. The Mongolian beef was super disappointing. Weird flavor and what kind of Mongolian beef comes with carrots, peas and mushrooms? Typically it’s onions and scallions. Conclusion: I will order from here again but will have to find a second entrée to meet the minimum requirements. Won’t choose the Mongolian beef again.

I found this place on grubhub and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed. Chop Suey: lacked any flavor and the meat was fatty. Spicy Szechuan pork soup: not spicy at all! Again, no flavor. The broth actually was thickened up by all the fat! Spare ribs: over cooked and chewy. Four season house special: not spicy at ALL! No flavor! The ONLY saving grace for this place is the portions. They’re more than ample, although after your first plate you may not feel up for seconds.

FIRST&LAST! After reading few bad reviews I still gave this place a chance after Carolynn M. and Ebony J. review’s thinking I might get the same experience… WRONG! This is what I ordered. Beef Broccoli less meat more broccoli, Shrimp Fried Rice & Won Ton Soup. 1) Beef Broccoli or rather say Beef w/TWO Broccoli stalks. The beef is nothing special but extremely greasy that I wouldn’t need chap-stick for a week. 2) Shrimp Fried Rice– Frozen shrimp with awful stale rice with no flavor.(BTW it is rice you know add some type of seasoning). 3) Won Ton Soup– Fried dumplings in a container half water, half Vegetable oil. All this for the hefty price of $ 30 that just went into the trash. Good Lawrd!

I stopped in at Wok Cuisine to order some food to go after finding myself in the area for a meeting. I had the orange chicken with fried rice off of the lunch menu. The reason I am rating this place so highly is because the food was actually non-greasy, not salty, and well seasoned– a rarity for an americanized Chinese place. I actually didn’t feel gross after finishing my food! So, a good place to try for cheap, not AS super unhealthy Chinese food. Sweet!

I just ordered-delivery. Shrimp fried rice and sesame chicken meal which came with an egg roll and I bought wonton soup… Wayyy to much food. I could only eat a little of the chicken and rice which was AMAZING! Best I’ve had in Chicago so far and delivery was fast(under 30minutes). I’d definitely order both again — especially the shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp(they’re the big-medium sized shrimp!). Very happy with the food and delivery this could be trouble because I normally don’t order delivery! :)

I highly recommend this place. Pros: 1. It is not always crowded 2. The food is delicious(and cheap). $ 7.95 for a plate and i have the half as take overs 3. Service is super fast 4. People who are working there are very nice Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find a table

The good: From online order to door in exactly 20 minutes, wow. The bad: The food. I spent an embarrassingly long time the other night researching Chinese restaurants that deliver to me and ultimately I picked Wok Cuisine. The reviews were hit or miss, but it seemed better than some other restaurants so I figured it’s worth a shot. It did its job, it fed me, it didn’t poison me and it satisfied my craving for Chinese food. What it didn’t do was make me a fan to order from them the next time I want Chinese food. We ordered: Chicken Fried Rice — Not much flavor, not much chicken, but almost any fried rice is decent. Crab Rangoon — Probably one of the worst crab rangoons I’ve had. It didn’t exactly taste bad, it just didn’t really have a taste. Kung Pao Beef — Lots of veggies, not a lot of meat. Nothing to call home about. Sweet & Sour Chicken — Also probably some of the most sub-par sweet & sour chicken I’ve had. Now the sauce, you can’t screw up. I think that stuff just comes in 50 gallon drums and you just have to make the chicken. The problem with the chicken was, it was tiny, tiny chunks of chicken. Lots of breading, not much chicken. Mongolian Beef — Same as Kung Pao, lots of veggies, little meat. Still on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant that delivers in the Albany/Irving Park neighborhood.
