I love the Walgreens on 75th and State. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Moses is THE MAN in the pharmacy department. The staff is courteous and VERY helpful. Only location I shop.

The pharmacy is the slowest in Chicago I wouldn’t recommend anyone to drop off or call in there prescription here, it’s never ready on time. I wouldn’t be surprise if this WALGREENS got shut down!!!

I live near this Walgreens and it’s really convenient to stop here on my way to work because it’s right by the expressway. HOWEVER, every single time I have come here to buy fruit, it has been just about inedible. I’m a very optimistic person and every time I went, I’d hope that THIS time, it would be different. You can even look at the fruit and tell it’s old. It’s not fresh at all. I’m stupid. I bought it anyway, only to open it and smell that ‘day old fruit’ smell. It’s disgusting and totally unacceptable and I won’t buy fruit from there anymore. What a shame. I even complained on the site and had the store manager promise me that it wouldn’t happen again. I went back and of course, nothing has changed. It’s every day all day. I guess I’m the only person who wants to buy fresh fruit at Walgreens.

This store always have what I’m looking for. Cold Medicine, items on sale and my butter cookies. The staff is very helpful. And by the store having nice people in the pharmacy that is always a big plus. If we are in the store looking for cold Medicine at 11pm at night :-(And still have to go to work in the morning. Please be nice to us in the pharmacy department.

The store has undergone some major renovation which is actually helping to improve the quality of the appearance of the store. The only problem is that they really need to up the standards of the security making sure there are no solicitors congregating outside the store and folks trying to sell you stuff. The appearance of the store looks nicer than it did before the renovation.
