Nice people but sloppy on technical. Had keys copied here and they got the blanks mixed up, so one of the copies is too thick to work properly.

Last week I needed advice on a plumbing issue that my daughter was having in her condo. After talking to two other local hardware stores, I called Wahler Brothers. The guys there were extremely knowledgable and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to tackle the issue at hand. I highly recommend this hardware store!

We second Kevin K’s review. We have been trying to patronize local shops, but the customer service here is horrible. Rude and sarcastic. We’ll be shopping at Home Depot next time.

A great hardware shoppe ! The guys are helpful,& will offer advice/​suggestions if you’re trying to fix something that’s not ‘text book’.
It’s a surprisingly great thing that they are still in business with one of those Big-​Boxzillas just down the street.

I have a rental property in the area and was trying to fix the shower for my tenants that day. Dennis is the man! If I had gone anywhere else, I wouldn’t of finished! Its always nice to have someone that explain your issues to, have them understand and help! Amazing!

In and out in 5 minutes. The guy asked if I needed help and I explained what I was trying to do and how (I was making a wall mounted paper towel holder). Snap, crackle, pop and I was on my way home.

I really, really love hardware stores!!! This old time place looks like it could use a make-​over, but why bother? They have all the stuff, but the staff could use some training on their products. I needed a short chicken wire type fence to protect my puppy from doing a nose dive off the balcony. Not having any other suggestions from the employee «This is all we’ve got, lady» and not wanting to ruin the esthetics of my sweet abode, I opted not to take his ugly real chicken wire and snooped around the store to find the perfect thing — gutter filters!!! Yippee. It blocked the bars and wow, it looks so cute. Willie has no desire to jump over it and I look like the clever mom-​to-​the-​rescue. When I showed the employee what I found, he looked at me like «wow, I didn’t know we had that». Ok, you’re fired.
