Lost 10 of my shirts one time and 6 shirts another time. Owner was not helpful whatsoever and even had the audacity to blame me for her losing my shirts. Had to rent a car to drive to the service they outsource their cleaning to to track down my shirts. I’ll add to that they destroy buttons on button down shirts with their press and do not replace them unless you ask.

I wonder why this business has two Unilocal accounts, with the second account having worse reviews. Either way, I’m bitter as they ruined the fur on my goose-​down parka. Moreover, the coat being white they returned it to me with sleeves still being dirty. The service is terrible as well as I had to wait every time while the lady was chatting to someone and couldn’t find either my clothes or my paid receipt. Avoid if possible! I’m definitely not going back.

A dry cleaner is pretty hit or miss. Either they clean your shit and get it back to you on time. (5 stars) Or they don’t. (1 star) In this case they lost a pair of $ 80 pants I had just bought, and didn’t even comp my dry cleaning in return.
I hate to have to do this, but I’m a little bitter since it’s hard for my lumpy ass to find pants that I like the fit.

Much cheaper than all the places near me in River North. Owners are really nice and top notch customer service. A couple weeks ago, a ribbon from my girfriend’s dress came out and they found it at the cleaning facility. Even if they weren’t able to find, the owner was willing to make her a replacement. Most places would not have even looked!

This place is great! We just moved into the area and tried out a few cleaners near us. This is by far the best. They are very friendly and can get your stuff done fast if you need it. The clothes come back pristine and very crisp. I took one star off because we aren’t happy with some alterations we’ve had done there. But, for cleaning and pressing this place is perfect!
