they will charge you for every stitch… way too expensive… god forbid there is more than 2 people in there… you’ll be there for hours… go to the place down the street on irving… much better business.

They seem to only care about their large contracts like with CPD. We have used them for years and will never be there again.
Not only have they screwed up our orders but they get mad if we aren’t there right away to pick them up and send them back or sell them to others. But when you want to get in contact with them (even about paying them) they are never available.
Absolutely not helpful in any sense and have no idea who makes their products. Or just think its a secret and don’t want you going elsewhere for the product.
Every badge wallet that we have bought to fit our badges have not been exact fit. Mine wasn’t even close. They have no problem selling you the wrong product as long as they are getting money.
WORST customer service i have dealt with at a uniform shop. We have moved on to better, and much cheaper.

People there are very helpful and they have awesome seamstresses. Fitore Teli is the friendliest.

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, and sincere. They have a wide variety of items to choose from and they usually have everything in stock when you need it. They do everything in house so you get it same day which is excellent.
I will be back and back again
