Very happy with the service. My desktop wouldn’t start so I took it in to this shop as its local to me. I was surprised how cheaply and fast it was fixed. Now it works like a charm! I will definitely head here again for any of my home IT needs.

First visit and pretty impressed.
Building a new machine and needed a couple SATA cables. Where do you go in Uptown on a Saturday afternoon to get those? Target sure doesn’t carry them.
Decided «Eh, why not?» and walked in to give it a shot.
Within a couple minutes I was walking out with a couple reasonably priced cables.
I realize it’s not a standard use case, but if you find yourself in a similar pinch, definitely worth checking out.

im a bit of a techie pulled my laptop apart and cleaned it myself… keyboard slides right out of computer easily… piece dropped and i couldnt find it put it all back together … guy said i could use a piece of tape to hold the keyboard serial connection in… paid 0 dollars. As stated earlier not a lot of selection for up to date computers. nice place to buy a computer and see what you really need without spending 4000 dollars.

Me thinks NOT is right. They said it was a bad hard drive and I spent the $ 120 for a new one and guess what it stopped working right after the so called «warranty» expired, seems like they use refurbished and sell as new. Nice gig if you can get it.

They have good prices for using a comp but they need to actually CLEAN!!! CLEAN the keyboards, monitors, desks and mouses! There is a dead fly on one of the window sills that has been there for months!
