I bought a dealfind voucher and my tenant bought one. I should have tried to see if there is a review on this company in Unilocal.What a waste of money and electricity!!! DO NOT USE THEM. They came in with a big plastic hose put over 1 vent and turn on a machine like vacuum (plug to my outlet) and let it run. This is how they said clean unlimited vents. In my apartment second floor, the hose is half open in the air so no suction there. The deal include cleaning dryer vent but the guy said he could not reach my vent because I am on the second floor and he cannot find a dryer vent for the first floor apartment. I will also report them to BBB.

Okay, guys, Eddie came back because he cared. He didn’t want to leave us disappointed in anything so that was a big surprise because how many companies take the time to correct concerns? Not many. Now it’s another star for his effort to correct any unfinished work. He took the time to explain the system and we appreciate that.
I would still be careful about buying a $ 49 deal you might find on Groupon or YouSwoop and recommend that you call first to see if they will honor that price if you never had system maintenance before.
