Lori is an awesome manager here! She really listened to what I was looking for and took time to make great suggestions for me. I really appreciated her patience and interest. I never felt like she was rushing me or wanted to get back to something else. And after helping me pick out what I needed she exchanged my previous purchase quickly and easily. Great service here!

I was super excited that an Ulta store opened in Wicker Park. It’s very convenient! The store has very good selections of beauty products from make up to shampoo, etc. The people that work there are always willing to help. It’s not overly crowded like stores in downtown. It’s a relaxing environment to shop for my beauty needs.

I went in this afternoon for a haircut and blowout. I have a stylist that I usually go to whenever I need anything done but she wasn’t available. So I decided to try the Ulta salon at this location. I called to make a last-​minute appointment and they where able to accommodate me. When I got there everyone was very friendly and Denise (the girl that took care of me), was so nice and did exactly what I asked. Overall it was a great experience and I already made an appt for color in the next month

There is a new Ulta Beauty that has been opened in Wicker Park. If you want to try and find it, look in the lot that they are building the Lowe’s that is still not open. This area is a hidden gem with a lot of good businesses that are conveniently located near each other. This store is staffed with friendly and welcoming people who are there to help.
