Very nice and friendly. Fixed my watch quickly and I was out the door before I knew it. Plus there are a ton of old clocks to look and a signature from Sinatra!

This cash only place is an old school hold over for this neighborhood, so is the guy who runs it. No over the phone pricing No cards No funny business What you can expect it is to stand in a small foyer while you listen to a steady stream of ticing clocks and a knowledgeable shop keeper who will tell you and bands, clasps, springs and whatever else makes watches/clocks go tick. I wish there were room to sit while you waited or debit/credit was accepted, but with a 15 min wait you don’t need to get too comfortable. 15 mins and 10 bucks later the nooka watch was back in business.

I brought 7 watches in to have batteries replaced and buy 2 new bands. I came back an hour later and all were good as new and the shop owner had even moved the clasps from the original bands to the new bands. Very inexpensive, too.

Great service, very polite. I showed up about 90 seconds before the scheduled 4 p.m. closing time with my broken wall clock, thinking I’d be told to drop it off and he’d fix it next week. He repaired it on the spot(the hour hand had gotten loose, and the dial to set the time had broken off several years ago) and never said a word about having to stay past his closing time. Charged me about one-fifth of what I was expecting to pay, and even offered to find me a new battery because the old one wasn’t fully juiced.

This place is a joke I went in to get a quot on a clock and the old man was stuck in his own little world and was rude. I waited 30 min to ask a 10second question the guys so weird I wouldn’t recommend this shop his prices are off the charts. I will take my clock and watches to a better place the old man is arrogant and a waste of time

Very polite man and done in 5 minutes! I needed my watch battery replaced, parked across the street, payed $ 13 cash, and was out of there in a jiffy. I’m recommending this place to all my friends!

I found this place based on reviews on Unilocal so thought I would share my experience as well… I went in for 2 watch batteries(one Michael Kors and 1 Michele watch). Process was very easy, quoted the prices right away — $ 15 for MK and $ 25 for Michele and they were ready the next day. He is cash only and hours are limited(10−4pm) but is open Saturdays which helps. Of note, I got 2 other quotes for the Michele battery including Sears and Nordstrom and both of those were $ 35+ so I found him pretty reasonable.

Got my watch fixed when I could not find no one. Gentleman charged me $ 4 to replace a spring bar on my band after it fell off and I lost it. I called manufacture, they wanted me to mail back my watch. I’m sure that would have been more expensive and time consuming.

Friendly, quick service and a great value. I brought in my Skagen watch from Denmark, which had a dead battery over my lunch break. Parking across the street was easy, and I had my battery replaced in 10 minutes. Bill is super friendly and very fast. $ 13 cash total. It’s been a week and it has been working flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Won’t even tell you a range of what it will cost over the phone. Took my business over to AD watch repair.

Called in to ask about a battery change to get pricing. The guy responds with«I don’t know you need to come in.» I ask him if it matters about the type of watch(designer/off brand) he quickly replies«hun, I don’t know. I’m here Monday thru Friday 8 – 4. Okay. Thanks byeeee.» And hangs up. Hey jerk. Terrible customer service! I have 8 watches that need new batteries and repairs. I’ll go elsewhere. Lighten up!!! Jeez!!! I brought in an old mantle clock that has been in my family for many years but has not worked for at least the last 30. The owner gave me a great history and description of the clock(learned it had a timer built in and was designed as a kitchen clock). He looked at it and was able to repair and clean it in about a week and now it works great, When I picked it up, he gave me a short lesson on how it all worked and how to maintain the clock. The one(sort of) negative was that he’s a cash only business. Other than that, I highly recommend Time Keepers for repairing clocks. A very friendly local business.

I broght in a Hamilton Mantle clock that has been in my family since it was originally produced in 1976. The clock was damaged in a move and something altered the clockwork so that the chimes were off. I brought the clock in and within a day I got the call to come get it. In addition to fixing the movement,(Gary?) repaired two broken feet, replaced a missing door knob and gave the housing a rejevenation so it looks brand new. The price was more than reasonable and I could not be happier with the results.

Sad to report my poor experience at this shop. $ 120 spent on 4 visits over a few months. Was never able keep my watch running more than 3 days on time. Last time I brought it back, he accused me of breaking the watch each of the previous times. Refused to refund any portion of my money. I said my only recourse is letting the public know about his poor service and attitude. His response was, «I wish I could write a review on you.» Haha. Also, the hours are terrible and he only accepts cash(probably to avoid dealing with dissatisfied customers). Look elsewhere for watch service.

I would give zero if possible. When someone tells you they don’t have time for your business then they don’t deserve any business. It doesn’t matter how big or small. Rude, and disrespectful. Has the people skills of a cat. Can’t be bothered with them.
