The Wright Fit Uniform

It took a grand total of 9 months since my original order that I received everything. I think. It has been so long since I ordered my scrubs I couldn’t even keep count of what I already had. It’s quite possible I’m still missing a scrub or 2 but don’t give a crap at this point. Cheap quality. Poor business.

This company is horrible! My hospital decided to get uniforms from this company in the Summer of 2012. I ordered my uniforms on time, just like the company asked us to, and submitted my form. In the Fall of 2012 the other nurses I work with were receiving their uniforms, however I never ended up getting mine. In January I called the company about my missing uniforms… needless to say it is May and I am still calling!!! I recently filed a claim with the BBB because this company is ridiculous. My job requires me to wear these uniforms and I am stuck washing my 1 pair of scrubs (yes they actually sent me 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt that are actually my size) everyday after my 12 hour shifts, in order to just have clean scrubs for work the next day! HORRIBLE!

This «business» is a joke. I placed an order with this company in September 2012 through the hospital I work for, and it is now March 2013 and I have still not received my order in full. I have given multiple contact people my information, including my address, to have scrubs shipped to me, but not ONCE did I receive anything in the mail. I have received random articles (a scrub top here, a pair of pants there) at random points, but never my full order. Basically, no one who works for this company wants to go out of their way to help you, they just want to go through the motions and pretend like they are «fixing» the problem when they really are ignoring the problem.

This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I was fitted in October, order was supposed to be in by late November. Order showed up in January and was incorrect. It’s now nearing late February and I’m still missing half my order. Do not use these guys, they will give you every run around known to mankind! F rating– 0 stars
