Twenty minutes twice a week sounds too good to be true, but it’s legit. I’d gotten into sorry shape, partly because of the excuse of lack of time to work out. The trainers at Exercise Coach know their game, the workouts are tough but fast, fun and safe(unlike some other High Intensity Interval Training programs in the city, ahem, it’s basically impossible to strain an ankle or shoulder because of the cool machines used). After 8 weeks, I’m excited about working out again, my cholesterol profile is normal now, I’m stronger and, most importantly, my clothes fit better :-). Like with all fitness programs, continuity and good nutrition are important(and the trainers can speak a lot about nutrition, too). First thing, though, is the workout itself. At The Exercise Coach, it rocks.

Nicole at exercise coach in LP is a great trainer! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She pushes you to do your best to get the best results and she is very encouraging.
