Tim from Thara Photo was such a blast to work with! He met with us several months before the wedding, at our request, and gladly talked us through various ideas and thoughts. When time came closer to our wedding day, he was in contact to confirm timelines and ensure we had requested all of the shots we would like. On the day of, Tim interacted us with us professionally, and the entire bridal party had fun during the photo shoots. Initial «sneak-​peak» proofs were sent to us by the Monday after our wedding, with the rest coming later. Everything about the photography was perfect and we were so happy to work with Tim and his assistant Rachel!

I’ve utilized Tim a number of times now to shoot pics of my son and our entire family. He is always on time and very professional and gets our amazing photos to us really quickly. He manages to capture some great shots of our very busy toddler (which I know is not easy!) We’ve been really happy with the photos. I know that we will treasure the images that Tim captured for years to come.

Tim has helped me considerably by producing excellent photos for my modelling portfolio; trust me, his skill and finesse magically makes me look better than I actually do! His fares are more than fair, and his laid back demeanor puts his subjects at ease, easing any nervousness you may feel while being photographed, thus making the shoot go as smoothly as possible. I highly doubt that you will be able to find a more talented and dependable photographer in Chicago.

I used Tim Hara for my wedding. I took a risk at the time because I only had seen his concert photos, but I could tell he had an ability to catch the emotions of a moment.
The risk paid off. My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with his professionalism, flexibility, fast turn around (I had my wedding photos only 2 days after the wedding!) and, of course, the quality of the photos!
We loved working with Tim. The quality of his photos are amazing. He has such a great ability to capture beautiful moments. If you are looking for a photographer that is easy to work with and produces great photos, Tim is your man!
