I found taquiza castillo on Faceboo after a taquiza recommendation from a friend was already booked for the day of our party. Called and talked to Tania, she set everything up and sent an invoice ahead of time confirming everything we had ordered. Keep in mind, this is a side job of sorts for these folks so it’s not like dealing with a restaurant, it may take some messages back and forth to get everything worked out. I texted Tania the night before to see if they could make some extra salsa for us to put out with chips and she was happy to add it. The day of the party the taquero(guy who cooks all the tacos) showed up on time and set up. They grilled off onions and jalapeños and then started making the meats. They brought three salsas, lettuce, tomato, cheese, cilantro, onions and limes. It also included horchata or a pan of rice. We wanted both so it was about 40 bucks extra. 2 ½ hours of serving were included, but the first 30 minutes were more of just set up. We also paid an extra 80 bucks to get an extra hour of serve time. The guy(Efrain?) Was very polite and professional. Keep in mind they give you all the leftover food so have some containers ready! Everyone raved about how tasty everything was the whole night. These are authentic Mexican tacos and they were right up there as some of the best I have ever had! We had al pastor, steak chicken and barbacoa. I am already thinking of how I can have these guys back for another party! Definitely worth calling!
