Such friendly staff. They go above and beyond. Always courteous, ask for clarification, and not a long wait

$ 7 margaritas! which is a totally average price right! It would have been about $ 12 for a double shot, which I would do if I was looking for a wicked pregame before hitting up neighboring bars. Shortest lines out of Any Wicker Park Bar. It’s certainly better than your average Taco Bell. With 2 large TVs tuned to College Sports, and charging stations at mostly all the tables. It’s also a great place to meat your soul mate. Taco Bell people stick together.

This Taco Bell boasts alcoholic refreshments, which is a plus, but not necessarily a «WOW! You have to go there!» response, unlike the hype and fandom it got when it first came out. Especially, considering you can get a drink from the many neighboring bars on the street this T-Bell shares with. I have to say this was the swankiest Taco Bell I’ve been to; it was super clean, and they had a couple of large flat-screen TVs on the wall. The crowd when we were there at around midnight wasn’t too obnoxious; there weren’t stupid drunk people trying to order their chalupas, and the staff was nice and friendly. I ordered 3 dorrito locos tacos(I was rather drunk) and they tasted delicious. BATHROOMREVIEW: Located near the back, this bathroom is a private one-staller. Inside, there is a urinal and a toilet to poop or throw up your alcohol to your heart’s content. The bathroom was super clean and bright. Sit or squat? Sit! Although I’d be somewhat paranoid, since this a one-staller, if there would be drunk people banging on the door to get in and pee.

God has been listening to my prayers… a Taco Bell with booze… yeeesssss!!! I love Taco Bell. maybe a bit too much for my own good! This Taco Bell is unlike the stores in the suburbs you come across. It is clean, bright, tons of outlets to charge your electronics, expanded menu and of course booze! It took a few minutes for the fiancé and I to decide what to order since they’ve expanded the menu. They’ve empanadas, chicken fingers, their version of taquitos and few other items. They’ve salads too, but what’s the point of ordering a salad at Taco Bell? I ordered the Dorito taco meal(cause who doesn’t love Dorito tacos!?!) and a Baja Freeze with Kettle One vodka. Very interesting that Taco Bell serves better liquor than some of the weddings I’ve been to in the past. They’ve Don Julio for tequila, a variety of craft beers, Kettle One for vodka and I forgot which brand for rum. Yes, the items are a bit pricier than other TB’s, but the quality is much better. I was a bit hesitant on the idea of vodka and Mountain Dew but then… mind blown!!! The boozey freeze was effing delicious! I could drink these freezes all day. My waistline nor my health enjoy them, but the buzz was amazeballs. The quality of the food was much better at this location then other locations I’ve been visited. The tacos were nicely put together and could pass for a food ad. The tacos came with a side of tortillas chips… order that queso! I will be back for sure and will report back on their other items.

Very very upset!!! I went in around 2:00 am after a fun long night and the cash register said its gonna be a 30 minute wait for a crunch wrap supreme. I was in awe… There was a large staff and everyone in the building had food in front of themselves. We stayed and it took less than ten minutes! Why? It is October 31st

I’m not going to go into detail, as this is of course… a Taco Bell. However, the quality of the food exceeds every Taco Bell I have ever been to– consider this a «high-end» Taco Bell. The staff is nice and very friendly, and the food is of much higher quality– even the basket that your food arrives, and the sauce bar demonstrate that this is an elevated Taco Bell. Prices are the same as other T-Bells, but the food is much, much better. I’m a fan.

I’ve always dreamed of living within walking distance of a Taco Bell. Now that dream has become a reality. I still drive there of course.

Taco Bell was a staple in my diet when I was young. And became the delicious late night meal with friends when I was in high school. Living in Chicago for 4 years and Logan Square for 3, I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell once mainly because there was none in proximity to me.(Maybe for good reason) But learning that a Taco Bell opened in Wicker Park and that it is the first to serve alcohol, woo-wee! I had to experience this myself. I feel I am a part of history. On a Friday night I met up with a couple friends and we decided to come to this TB for dinner before going out. Luckily, I still had a $ 15 Taco Bell gift card from Santa three years ago, so I took full advantage. I got a baja blast slush with tequila, an on draft dos equis and a 7-Layer burrito. It took me a while to decide what I wanted after all these years — the delicious crunch wrap supreme, a gordida, or maybe just a bean burrito with side of rice? I couldn’t decide, but you can’t really go wrong any way. I also saw they got back the cheesy bean and rice burrito on the dollar menu — I couldn’t believe it! When they took that off the menu yearsss ago, it was a true heart break for me. But out of whim I went for the 7-layer. Like I said, you can’t go wrong and it was delicious. The beer was good only $ 4 which is a reasonable price and the baja blast with Don Julio tequila was $ 7 not bad! I’m not a big frozen drink-drinker but I had to try it. It was decent, I couldn’t really taste the alcohol but considering the price and place, what should I expect? The atmosphere was pretty nice, it was unlike any Taco Bell I’ve seen. Very modern and very designed for Wicker park haha. It seemed very clean and the kitchen(behind the cash registers) is exposed. The cooks worked at a great speed and the process of making was very hygienic and proper so I felt no fear in what I was eating, unlike some fast food places I’ve been to. The line went by extremely fast, I even had to get five people to cut me because of the pressure of trying to decide what I wanted to feast on, the food came out quick, we sat in a booth and enjoyed our cheap and delicious meal. Someone was celebrating their birthday and the whole place joined in on the happy birthday song. We went at about 8 on a Friday, so it was reasonably packed but not overwhelming at all. There were plenty of seating available and the design is spacious so you’re not ever to close to people. I still would like to experience this late at night with the late night crowd is in and see how much different the experience is. I definitely recommend trying out this Taco Bell. The experience of drinking at a TB in Chicago is one I never thought I would have and it matched my high expectations. It’s worth the calories:) I’ll definitely be stopping by next time I’m out in wicker park and craving a late night delight

I’m not even a little bit a fan of Taco Bell especially in a neighborhood where authentic taquerias are abundant as well as the liquor BUT I kept hearing the buzz so I tried it. I got the smaller version of quesadilla s and the 3 rolled tacos. The tacos were dried out and looked like they were from 7 – 11 the quesadillas were amazing! It was clean, flat screen, booze and I would hesitantly recommend it…

They could serve dog shit on the tacos here and I’d still love it. The rum twist freeze competes with wicker parks finest bars. The Fetty Wop soundtrack rounded off my visit.

We were out drinking one night. and it hit me. TACOBELL is open in wicker and they sell booze. We went there at around 130am. Unfortunately, they stop serving drinks at midnight. It sucked. Either way, we wanted food. We got a whole mess of drunken decisions. But you’d think being drunk and at taco bell, you’d be in heaven. All of our dishes were kinda awful. I ordered the mini taquitos and they were pretty good. The rest of the dishes were just bad. None of my friends really liked what they ordered. It is still a fun environment to be at after midnight. BUT I have had better taco bell in the suburbs. It’s so sad it couldnt make the cut. Anyway, I would probably go back during the day to drink the blended boozies. :-)

It is what you think it is. They don’t sell booze after midnight. There are better late night eating spots in Wicker than this. Come only if you’re hungry and desperate for a stomach ache. Service is also what you would expect from fast food. They’ll skip over you if convenient. Just don’t buy into the hype. Come if you’re drunk or hungover– like you would any other Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell has gotten a lot of worldwide press because it’s the first US version to serve a few alcoholic drinks(even though fast food restaurants all over the world serve alcohol), but it’s not really a big deal once you visit. It’s small, even for a Taco Bell, so there will be no huge parties or crazy late night drunken Taco Bell riots. There isn’t even bar seating. There is one communal table that sits about 6, and 5 typical fast food booths. It’s pretty nice inside, so it’s a pleasant place to get Taco Bell in a great neighborhood. But it’s nothing like a bar, it’s pretty much a typical fast food restaurant, so it’s not a comfortable place to meet with friends and drink an entire night away, just maybe some food and a drink before moving on to a bar. There’s not enough room and the seating and atmosphere are all wrong. Still, a really nice cool Taco Bell.

The future is here y’all. Taco Bell is officially serving alcohol and the world can’t handle it. My friends and I(all uncomfortably into tbell, so yes this review is hella biased) scurried over to check out this new location, and it was everything we wanted and more. 1. The drinks — they have freezes similar to their other locations but slightly different(red Cantina Punch, blue Baja Blast, and a green margarita flavored), and for just $ 6 in total, you can mix in your choice of one shot of rum, vodka, or tequila. I got the Cantina Punch with rum, and my boyfriend got the Baja Blast with tequila. Both were very tasty, actually tastier than I expected! Only potential complaint is that they’re not strong at all, I think it would be wise for them to consider a double shot option for a little extra. Pro tip: there is a worker posted at the door who won’t let you walk out with your freeze, oops. 2. The food — mostly the standard tbell affair, the typical menu tasted just as good here if not a little better than at other sites. They also have a few options unique to this spot, including«shareable» appetizer plates for $ 3 – 5. We ordered the mini quesadillas and the chicken tenders(because chicken tenders are so Mexican), both were decent and fun to split at the table. Maybe overpriced? 3. The atmosphere — we came on a Saturday night and the place was pretty packed, they had some fun music playing and people seemed to be having a good time. The neon lighting is pretty vibrant and doesn’t feel like a typical fast food joint. You probably won’t feel like staying for hours but it’s definitely a nice spot for chilling with your friends before a night out! All in all this place turned out exactly as I had hoped. Will I come all the way back here everytime I’m craving some Taco Bell? Nah, ain’t nobody got time for that. Is it a funny place for a relatively cheap dinner + drinks with your friends? Almost certainly.

This place is hilarious. It’s a goddamn Taco Bell. But with booze. They will serve you twisty freezes with rum, vodka, or tequila. I must say they were tasty. The food is what you expect. Sometimes good, most of the time regrettable. There are some shareable options and the rolled tacos for $ 5 is a pretty good deal. It came with 10 pieces. The setup is nice and there are outlets everywhere, which is good for lingering. Open kitchen so you can watch the magic of creating a nachos bell grande. I’m sure this will be a huge hit. They’ll be serving booze once they open, which is 7am. That’s hilarious.
