T-Mobile

I’ve recently signed up for the new jump on demand promotion where I trade in an old phone for the new iphone 6s. Upon receiving my new phone, I did not get the RMA number for the return label for the trade in phone. I tried to call customer care, but they just sent me back to the store.
And so this is the store I went to. Rick was the one that straightened out everything for me. He even printed the label out and packed my old phone up. All I had to do was drop the phone off at usps. A big thanks to Rick!

My experience was not the great at this location. The customer service I got from the agent Daniel was not the best. He took about 2 hours just to active a new line on my iPhone. Did not bother to ask if I wanted to type in my iCloud when he told me he was all done I had to transfer everything from my old iPhone to the new one at home because he wasn’t able to help with that. Also he screen protectors he put on my phone is all bubbly and he said they will go away in a couple of hours but I still see the bubbles. Then I told him I wanted my old number to be transfer to my new phone and he said I had to call customer service for that and I said excuse me but I thought you were doing this for me. He was pretty much not able to help me in any way then I realized that he forgot to connect internet on the phones because they whole day we had no internet until we call the customer service to ask if it was a problem with T-​Mobile or the devices and they said the agent forgot to add Internet. It was just such an I convince the next day when I went to the store to speak to the manager another agent said there was no manager and Daniel who was there didn’t even bother to try to help or apologies for the inconvenience. He seriously needs some kind of training to make him a better sales person.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I have been to this T-​mobile a couple times because it is right by my house and at least one young girl employed there was helpful one time but I cannot say the same for anyone else, however, the final and last time I ever went there I was assisted be a young woman who told me VERBATIM that I could only get the phone for the price I saw online if I bought «the package» which included a case and a screen protector. I had been researching the phone I wanted online so I knew how much it was and I thought this was weird so I asked her two times very clearly if I would have to buy the package at another T-​mobile store as well and she assured me that I would. I also told her that it seemed odd as I checked the price online and she said if I didn’t buy the package that I would have to wait for the phone to be ordered. So, I did buy the phone and accessories which were listed separately on my receipt, not as a package. Then I called another store to verify before calling T-​mobile, both confirmed that I did not have to buy a package to get the price on the phone that I saw online, that was simply what the phone cost. This is a HUGE deal to me, se actually LIED TO MY FACE TWICE, this is immoral and UNETHICAL! I could not believe that she actually lied even after I questioned her. After calling T-​mobile I called the store and informed the manager of what happened. First, he was extremely unintereseted from the start and secondly, HE SAID «THERE IS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY» as to imply that I was exaggerating what she had said or lying. What could I possibly stand to gain from lying about this??? I was so shocked even if he thought I was making up the story, which I did not, he could have at least pretended to be the least bit empathetic. I was also very calm and considerate when I called its not as though I was irrate or blaming him I just wanted him to know what was going on at his store, I would not be surprised if he was coaching them to push accessories this way, I’m sure he gets partial credit. I wish I knew the girls name who lied, she should really not be lying to people. Sales are all about persuasion I realize but this is so wrong! I would never go back to this location and I highly suggest no one else does either!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been to other t-​mobile stores where the employees are very informative and helpful. One should not receive attitude for asking a simple question. I ended up going to another t-​mobile store and they told me the response this store gave me was not entirely accurate. The employees at this store should be better informed and more helpful.

been here asked for assistance, but the associate told me to call customer service number instead. they were not willing to help if you did not buy anything from them. I talked to the female sales rep that the one on Jefferson and Roosevelt helped me before. then she told to go the the store at Jefferson and Roosevelt. please save your time and Go to other stores for help.

Please save yourself the trouble and just go to the Tmobile store on Roosevelt and Canal. I have came here countless time because it is much closer to me than the location on Roosevelt. However, each time I come in here, they say to me that they cannot do that for me and I would have to pay. To me this store seems desperate for and they will try everything to meet their budget. I made the mistake of coming here to switch my contract back then to their no contract family plan. I specially told them I wanted to upgrade 3 lines for 3gb of data and the sales associate said sure. When I got my first Tmobile bill, I noticed my dads line got charged for data as well because she added it in their. Like I said, go to the store on Roosevelt and Canal. They will do a lot of stuff free of charge that this store charges for.

Desiree assisted me with all of the questions and concerns that I had and even did a wonderful job of explaining things to me… as I ask way too many questions! :)
The manager was great about transferring my contacts over as well. I would recommend this location!

Been here, it was so disorganized. The employees do not know how to tend to people in the order in which they came in. I waited for 20 min and left after other people were getting helped that came in after me. Been to other T-​mobiles that had great customer service, this is a NO GO!
