Coming here is like going to the DMV. They don’t have the knowledge, staff, or systems in place to deal with the customers they have. When you come in they literally take your name, tell you«Be patient, there are x number of people in front of you.» There are no chairs or benches to sit down while you wait for your name to be called. Then you finally get someone’s attention and they have no idea what you’re talking about. I said«I have this new iPhone. I want to activate it.» They looked at me like I was from Mars. From beginning to end, it took me about 2 hours to get a new phone(that I ordered through T-Mobile) activated. Avoid this store. And if you can, avoid T-Mobile in general.

This is store awful! How can you get anything done with the Spanish music BLASTING! You cant even think! I went into add a line then upgrade one of my 4 phones but quickly left could barely think the music was so loud! Not sure about the employees but did hear them screaming at customers over the music! Its a cell phone store not a speaker store!

Don’t get me wrong, I really like T-Mobiles service. This particular store… not so much. It was time for the wife and I to upgrade our phones. At the end the man working with us offered to review our usage and see if we could save money by tweaking our plan. Sounds great… until your bill is $ 400 more than the previous month! As there are a number of other T-Mobile stores in the city I don’t have a reason to return here.

I bought phones for myself and my son from this store. When the bill came, there were lots of additional charges that were not in the original contract. When I called, I was told that I needed to speak to the salesperson who sold me the phones. Well, he’s never there. Once they sell you the phones, they do not care. We walked in there again to replace broken phones. One salesgirl(yes, I use the term«girl» intentionally to indicate the maturity level) was on the phone the whole time. Another salesman said«I’ll be with you in a minute,» and then proceeded to ignore us for the next 15 minutes. We left and no one noticed. So we walked over to the Tmobile kiosk in Target. The rep spent nearly half an hour trying to find out whether we qualify for an upgrade, trade in value of our phones and apologized for the rudeness of the Tmobile store employees. Never again!

Booo to T-mobile It has the worst customer care service in history of any phone company! If I could give it a 0 star I would. If your thinking of signing up with t-mobile run run from t-mobile. I have since gone back to US Celluar and am happy again

I never go to the T-Mobile stores because I can get what I need done online, for the most part. I also have figured out that the stores and the 800 number have totally different ways of handling things, but in a pinch I decided to go pay my bill at the Avondale store since I was going to be at Target anyway. I walked in to an empty store but for two employees talking loudly at each other, the security officer, and really, really loud Mexican music(no offense against the Mexicans, love you guys). The guy came over, sat in front of his computer and rather than asking me my phone number to start the transaction, sat messing with what I presume was a brand new phone. He sat texting and talking to his co-worker rather than even acknowledging me. Finally he looked up and started imputing my information, occasionally stopping to text, took my money and gave me a halfassed«have a nice day». Then he called me «ma’am»… bastard.
