Subway

Love this place. But they they didn’t put my meatballs right on my meatball marinara sandwich. Kinda upset of that because it messed up my sandwich when I was eating it.

This subway is like most. It appears to be Indian owned since thats all I see that works there and no one around here is Indian. My assumption. Which is cool, just mentioning it. I ve been there a handful of times now and its okay, Ill go back. One thing that set me back was the smell of the place as I walked in. They were mopping and mops gets old and moldy. just change it would you. Lost my appetite

It’s a subway so food is subway… I guess only thing I can say is «pay to park» but with 2 car 15minute parking. Open 24 hours… bonus!!!

I was pleased to see a new Subway open in Pilsen. However, after my recent experience there I won’t be frequenting this place. I’d go the extra mile to the next closest Subway just to avoid doing business with the management of this store. They distributed flyers for «Customer Appreciation Month» at this address with deals and coupons that they did not want to honor. When I asked about the «any footlong for $ 5» offer as stated on the flyer, they said no and pointed to a sign in the window with some other offer. I showed them the flyer and they still said the flyer wasn’t relevant. Then when I tried to use one of the coupons, the manager said it didn’t cover the items we ordered. He told us to read the fine print, so we read it out loud to him and he wouldn’t listen (the fine print on the coupon excluded some items, but these were not what we ordered). He obviously had not read it himself. When I accused them of false advertising the manager still continued to argue. I certainly did not feel like an appreciated customer. Oh, and while I was debating with the manager about the coupon, the server put onions in my sandwich even though I had told him twice «no onions» (which I did not see him do but found out later when eating my sandwich)!
