Customer Service is really unacceptable here. I ordered my sandwich online, and added guacamole as an extra addition. When I picked up my order, and then opened it, there was no guacamole. I came back to the server and asked about it, he just said they didn’t have guacamole. So I asked for refund. After asking me if I still need a refund and looking at me as if I’m stealing their personal money, they gave it to me. No appologies at all.

I go here a couple times a week and I want to lose my mind!!! The workers here are so CLUELESS every. Damn. Time. They do not listen. They hurry. 80% of the time something is wrong with my order because they DONOTLISTEN. They work on top of each other even when they are busy. The all look so effing miserable to work there except one friendly Latino man. He’s cool. Everyone else sucks and hates life and has a goal in life to just suck at making a sandwich. It’s so frustrating every. single. time. I’ve given them so any chances until I made a review but I just can’t. I have also seen a backpack, purse and the phone on the sandwich wrapping paper which is so disgusting. You wrap the final sandwich with this paper. Why isn’t that just a general no no. Good god please let there be a subway miracle and restaff this great location.

Been to one Subway been to them all… with regards to what they serve. However, this Subway stood out to me because of the customer service and the cleanliness. Each time I’ve been in here the employees have been super friendly, calling me sir as if I had $ 100 dollar bills falling out of my mouth and into their pockets. Also, the table tops and floors were spotless. I even saw one employee removing the meats, cheeses and veggies to clean the stainless steel bins that they sit in. I’ll definitely be back to this subway… even though Jimmy John’s next door is faster.
