I usually stop here around 1 – 2 pm once a week… owners are ok, but employees are RUUUDE… as long as I can watch them prepare my sub I can continue getting my sub to from here. but they do need to improve their customer service.

Conveniently around the corner down the street from my house. Love the convenience factor not necessarily a fan of the customer service but beggars can’t be choosers. The food is fresh 80% of the time, really depends what time of the day you go.

There are no other stores around which makes it a prime spot to get robbed. Of course this is the subway where a worker got shot and killed just a couple of months ago. I live in the area, but it isnt worth getting killed over a footlong. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to a subway in a proper shopping area.

I live near here and while I don’t often crave the Subway experience sometimes I am lazy and don’t want to spend $ 20 on a burger and fries, so go here for some sandwich artistry. Now, first off, this place lacks some basic Subway features that are basically standard at all Subways. I am surprised they get away with it. I never liked that it does not have the glass counter so you can see if the lettuce is brown, or if the food items look good. Also, no other Subway has tried to charge me extra for spinach instead of lettuce, but this place has tried this one a few times. I just hate ordering a «Fresh» sub without seeing what stuff looks like. This is part A of the subway experience no? I am not a big complainer about language because I have traveled a lot and have had to point and grunt for things on 4 continents, but sometimes the guys here are a bit rude and I have had to correct the«meal» a few times. They always say«I asked if you wanted the meal» and I have to repeat back«no, I just asked for chips» or «no, I just wanted a soda» or «no, I just want the sandwich» so this has been annoying. I go here once and a while, but the few times I have been it did not have the typical Subway feel to it. The owners, not the poor guys who work here are to blame. I know they have to deal with a lot of HS students but come on, spruce the place up a little, and train the staff to treat people a little better when there is language confusion.

Ah, my good olé’ neighborhood Subway… many a night gave I gone here after getting off the Division bus from work! The employees are the nicest, than any subway I’ve seen(in the city) and they are very generous with the vegetables/add-ons. I take one star off because occasionally, I’ve encountered vegetables that may have been a bit past their prime, like some dry-looking tomatoes or onions. Lately, they’ve been pretty good at keeping their vegetables fresh, as I think more people are finally giving this otherwise shady looking Subway a chance and letting their stock rotate out.

I live across the street from this place, and have been here about 10 times. This comes from a guy who eats subway for lunch(different location) almost every day. I am not sure if its the hours I go here(around 8pm, when I am desperate and have no other option for dinner), or just bad luck but I have never experienced the politeness others are claiming. All I ever get is the kid who is always grumbling about how he hates his job, or the extreeeemmlllyyyyy slow sandwich ‘artists’. If you get here and there is more then 2 people in line, you better take a seat for a bit.

I like this Subway. The owners are attentive and polite but not super friendly — they’re more the workaholic types. That’s perfectly fine with me. The employees are always very polite and do a great job preparing sandwiches. I’m subtracting two stars because lately the ice machine has not been working and I’ve to scoop ice out of a bucket. The other day the ice was all melted together. Boo! Also, the pop has been flat a couple of times. Grrr. The tomatos were not in good shape the other day as well, but one of the friendly employees warned me about that. Which was good. I guess. But darn it I really wanted those tomatos :/ Usually the food is top notch fresh so I always go back. I guess lately they’ve had some kinks they need to iron out. Once they take care of those I’ll add a star or two.

This place gets busy on weekdays during lunch time from teachers(and kids skipping?) from Clemente. They are open pretty late, too. It doesn’t usually take them too long to clean the graffiti off of the walls every week.

Friendly service. Same Subway taste you’ve had before. I like how you can fill your own drink. I like to mix the different flavors of pop.
