Didn’t have terrible service here, but while cashing a check the agent was on Facebook the entire time. Holding my ID pretending to do something I guess, but was just surfing the internet. She was nice, but come on lady, I have stuff to do…

I had the pleasure of visiting this Currency Exchange on the north end of the State of IL building on June 30th, the deadline to get City Stickers. City Hall was a line 1 – 2 hours long, and the pleasant lady here at the Currency Exchange said «Ain’t nobody got time for that!»
They had a few windows open, most customers were getting the City Stickers, some were doing other transactions. I even noticed a sign in the back that said «Notary». You gotta love a good Notary Public! Super customer service here, even though the working conditions look less than optimal, my agent was very nice!
