The staff has a few nice people, but not nearly as fun as the Caribou or Lavazza staffs across the street.

This is my goto coffee joint when I’m working in Chicago. The office for my current gig is right across the street so I’ll usually grab a venti coffee to start the day. Service is always extremely friendly and efficient.

It definitely makes a difference which Starbucks you go to; it might make or break your day! This Starbucks ROCKS! I go here almost every day — they are super fast — even when the line is around the corner — they never screw up — they are always all rockin’ great moods and sendin’ you along with a huge smile.
One time I had to wait longer than a minute for my specialty latte, and they gave me a certificate for a free drink! I wasn’t even upset! I was actually completely (pleasantly) surprised because the wait at most other Starbucks is twice as long — and that is their usual wait time!
