My Starbuck’s barista-​Izzy was very good at recommending my soy venti mocha with caramel syrup drink!

After shopping in the area, we stopped here for some coffee. It was just like most Starbucks, nothing really special. It was large and they have indoor and outdoor seating. So there is seating if you are looking to stay a while.
I ordered a coffee and was annoyed that the barista didn’t ask me what kind of coffee I wanted and just started pouring one. Next please ask me what kind of coffee and will like before pouring it.

This starbucks is great and I’ve had one of the nicest, courteous starbucks employee. Thanks Albert!!!

Worst of them ALL drive thru sucks staff doesn’t pay attention to your order i Had to say same order 3 times and on the end i got wrong coffee i gave up drove away now i go to new location on McCormick ave

Love love love this location. I come here fairly often on my way to work. Or anywhere really. I usually use the drive thru, which is fairly quick, even when it’s busy. Everyone here is extremely nice and they remember you. It’s hard not to with how often I go here but it’s nice when you see someone leaving their shift and they stop and say hi to you outside

Typical place to get your starbucks coffee.

Service is bad. The barista was emptying the garbage. He didn’t wash his hands when he served me … Big disappointment but I’m not picky. Then I ordered dark roast. They don’t have. They only have medium roast… I’m hesitant but I said ok thinking it was a fresh brewed. He didn’t offer to brew me dark roast where other Starbucks usually do. Then at the mixing area where you put your creamer and sugar. Empty and I have to ask for skim
Milk. The other staff just shouted and I have to walk to the counter to get it. Then finally … Started to drink my coffee … It’s stale. Probably brewed 5 hours ago … I’ll never go this Starbucks again. Bad Service … Stale products …

Please don’t put sugar without asking. Too damn sweet!
Got a grande latte with whole milk, they put sugar in it. Didn’t drink until I was a couple of miles away. I can’t have too much sugar per day. How could you do that? Wasted my time and money, had to throw it way and buy a new one. Worst experience in Starbucks ever.

Coffee and service is great but this location is just way too crazy. Drive thru is super awkward especially when there is a line and the absolute grouchiest people go here.

This is one of the greatest Starbucks of all times! This place is near and with the drive thru it makes it so easy to get my drink! The only thing that bothers me is that the drive thru line is so long in the morning and right afternoon it’s about 12 – 15 cars but they try processing it accurately and fast. Even after that long drive line the drink makes up for it. The staff is friendly, the drinks are amazing and they open early and close late. Never ever had an issue at this Starbucks and I have been going here for years every morning!

And if you’re a local and frequent often you will find one of the baristas dancing outside with headphones on his break. Very entertaining!

Traveling down Hwy 41 toward downtown Chicago on a Friday afternoon requires some form of caffeine. Luckily we stumbled upon this friendly Starbucks. There were only a few patrons, and no wait. Baristas were friendly and efficient. I had the caramel mocha crunch and it was everything I wanted and more! It was delicious, and did the trick — got us through the traffic and into downtown.
There is outdoor seating, a large parking lot, and they have a drive thru. I recommend stopping here if you are in need of a pick-​me-​up :)

It’s airways very chilly in here but there are always plenty of places to sit. Free parking but the Internet is very, very slow. Baristas are much friendly than nearby Starbucks.

Just went through the drive-​thru and got complimentary coffees just for asking. Now I did buy a holiday blend and a gift card, but it’s nice when a half kidding request follows through. Great service!

Starbucks… I know there are plenty around the country when it comes to this franchise. Many people come through morning, afternoon and even sometimes during the night to get their fix. This particular location is great.
Location — To being this location does have a drive thru which is great for people on the go. Also the location is in a plaza which is never really crowded to the point where there is no parking.
Service — The service at this location is excellent! Fast and friendly staff that gets you your drinks at a quick pace (I know some customers can be quite on edge without their fix). They rarely make mistakes on orders but if they do they are quick to fix it and serve what you ordered. All the baristas I have ordered from are also very friendly and courteous! Nothing gets your day started better than a fast friendly service with a smile.
Atmosphere — The vibe of the place is pretty standard when it comes to Starbucks. They have their self of products such as mugs, thermos’, coffee, and other goods. Seating is available both inside and out which is a nice option. They also do have a few tables inside as well for those of you who like to get some work done inside Starbucks although I would recommend other places for study.
Overall — All in all this is a great location and fast friendly employees to attend to your orders. There are also many goodies and and accessories that you could purchase to brew or use at the comfort of your own home.

I have to give a special shout out to Matty –or as I like to call him, «Matty-​Matt!!» I’m not sure if he is new, or just changed his schedule; he is new to me. He makes the drive-​thru experience extra special because he is just so darn friendly. I’m not talking about fake /​chirpy annoying friendly either. He has this kind of surfer-​dude vibe: like no matter what, he shrugs it off with a smile and moves on. PERFECT for the chaotic morning drive through! It is really hard to put into words but he is so genuinely nice, it brightens my day. When I hear his voice, I’m like, «Is this Matty-​Matt?» and then we proceed to joke around for a minute. He is a really special employee and really embodies what customer service /​building relationships is all about. Now, when I can’t make it to Starbucks, I actually feel a little guilty that I’m letting him down!
Overall, a very efficient and friendly staff. Starbucks sure knows how to pick them!

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you’re getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole.
This location is great for commuters. Whether entering or leaving the city, the drive through is convenient for quick grabbing a coffee on the go. The inside space also is designed to handle a significant flow of people. It is not a location that is as conducive to sitting and working.
For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card, you can easily reach Gold status. By doing so you get free flavors, free soy milk, and a free drink after every 15.

I am a pretty constant customer of this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, the java consistent, the prices, well, what do you want?
The person who designed the drive through must have needed a bit more coffee himself as it possesses an almost impossible curve for some cars. I can do it in short nosed vehicles, not in ones with a front end. You can see the number of people who have problems by the scratches on the pole and the building itself. The barristas just laugh about it.
One caution, when you are headed inside, double check the advertised price of the baked goods vs the charged. I have had them differ as much as a dollar (more than once).

Standard starbucks. Nothing too flashy, nothing to subtle. I don’t care much for the location or parking lot. I would also like to state that the seating is not very study friendly because of crammed quarters at one end and a VERY NOISY machine at the other end.
I do have to say, the doublt entrances and glass windows make this a very bright an inviting starbucks on the flipside. But other than that it is just a startbucks.
