I love this dry cleaner. I moved into the area a couple months ago and they’ve always had everything done properly and on time. They even hemmed a pair of pants for me in 24 hours and it came out perfectly(at a cheaper price than other tailors I’ve been to with no extra charge for the one day turnaround request). My girlfriend also had a dress altered here that turned out great and was done in two days. Friendly service and I would recommend them to anyone.

NEVERUSETHISDRYCLEANER! The waiter across the street spilled on my jacket while at a business lunch. The manager took my jacket across the street to this cleaners. My jacket had a pocket square monogrammed with my initials that was given to me be my mother who died of cancer which was put in a separate bag. I went back the next day to pick up & I was told there was no pocket square and she«no remember.» She spoke almost no english. They probably sold it out the back.

It boggles my mind how much more expensive city dry cleaners are compared to suburbs dry cleaners. Honestly, an oxford shirt that I’ve worn to work twice that just needs to be laundered and pressed SHOULDNOT cost $ 6. What are you using on this thing that makes the cost increase by 200%??? I’ve only been there a handful of times because they’re basically right next door, and it annoys me when I get in a pinch and I have to use them. That being said, they’ve never messed anything up, and everything always comes back clean, so I can’t be a total hater. But every time I leave I feel slightly violated, like I’ve been ripped off. Ugh. My dignity for a clean work dress? No thanks.
