We love living at the Sheridan Towers. Zee is a great property manager, she is always available to help with a question or concern, and always quick to respond whether she is in the office or not. The door staff and engineer are fantastic. You can always count on a smile and hello whether its leaving or just doing laundry. The units are gorgeous and the rooftop is amazing!!! We love living here and are so happy our broker found our dream home!

The property manager Z is amazingly sweet and accommodating. The maintenance staff went above and beyond to get my new apartment ready for me with almost zero notice. I am so happy to have found this beautiful, clean and updated apartment with close beach access and heated garage parking!

Z is the best property manager in the city! This place is great from the rooftop deck to the 24 hour fitness center. The staff is so friendly and personable and the building is one of the BEST in Edgewater to live!

This is a great place to live. Its right across the Lake Shore Drive exit — so you’re literally just minutes away from the city. The apartments are spacious and well-​kept. The only thing I do not like about this building though is that parking around it is a pain to find and there’s so much traffic 80% of the time around this area.
