I had a 30 year old roof that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Sergio to take a look. He came on a Saturday, gave me an immediate, reasonable estimate and started the work on Monday. By Saturday he and his crew had removed the old roof, fixed the frame and added layers of insulation, tar paper, rubber and sealant, taking pictures of every step of the job. I found Sergion and his crew to be polite, fast and thorough. The debris was immediately carted away and the cleaned up their work area thoroughly by the end of the job.
