I had Jeffrey Segal make a full facial make up done: eye brows, eye liner and lips. I liked that he tried to make permanent make up look settle and natural. He also used a special laser lamp to infuse instant healing. I had permanent make up done before and Jeffrey made it less painful, after the visit I was looking great, — like nothing happened (not swollen at all!)
I highly recommend this guy!

Jeff Segal is an absolutely amazing permanent makeup artist. He pays attention to the littlest details and he maintains highly skilled eyes and hands. I had my brows done years ago. In comparison with my first experience, well… there is no comparison. Jeff’s work is remarkably natural looking. I am entirely thrilled with my results! I also find Jeff to be a first-​rate professional. He takes the time to explain his strategy/​methodology and makes you feel comfortable. Jeff’s work will give me years of happiness I would otherwise not have had. I am forever grateful I found him. His years of experience are evident in his rewarding results!

Jeffrey Segal is truly an amazing artist. He gave me the most perfect natural eyebrows that I could ever hope for. He knew exactly what colors to use that would complement my complexion, and I left his studio looking perfect! It took me a long time to get the courage to get this done, not because I was afraid he wouldn’t do an amazing job, but because I have sensitive skin, and I was afraid of having an allergic from the procedure. My fears proved to be totally unfounded. Not only did Jeffrey do an amazing job, I had no adverse reaction whatsoever. I wish I had done this years ago. If you are contemplating getting permanent makeup, go to Jeffrey Segal. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Jeffrey for making me happy to see my reflection in the morning!

Recently had a great experience + fantastic results getting permanent makeup on my brows. Jeffrey is a very skilled makeup artist and professional — its not your typical salon where you get pampered with tea/​coffee. Nope, Its just Jeffrey Segal in his art studio. He has years of special effects/​professional makeup experience working in NYC, Chicago and LA, so he knows what he’s doing and has a very strong artistic eye!
Very happy with the results.

–fairly fast procedure (I was in/​out in an hour)

–studio is a little hard to find
