Recently I had a need to switch security companies for my home — the previous one was slow to respond to an actual emergency, so I switched to Secure 24 which has been a great experience.
The sales people were very friendly, very thorough and made sure they addressed all my needs and concerns. The installer was on time, very professional and did a great job of installing my system with out making it stand out in my home. The sales person even came to my house and gave me training on the system, he was very thorough. Anytime I call I get immediate attention — great customer service

Luke was in the area earlier than expected and was able to install my wireless system an entire day sooner. Very curteous and polite, he was very patient with me and was able to work with the other contractors that I had servicing my home. Luke was able to answer all of my questions on a matter that didnt make me feel rushed. I would highly recommended him for ADT instillation services.

Technician was prompted and arrive on time. Very descriptive with products and accessories need to secure a property on the market for sale. Upon departure, Luke guided me in disarming and arming the system with my phone.
